I've bought ink cartridges from InkCartridges a few times now for my Canon i9900 printer. Sometimes, I've had a cartridge that leaks right from the start. But hey, the price is so cheap that I just toss it and move on. It's still way better than shelling out big bucks for OEM cartridges from those fancy office supply stores.

Over the past year, I've only spent $50 on ink thanks to InkCartridges. That's a huge difference from the $225 to $300 I used to spend every year for the past seven years.

One thing I've learned is that you gotta be real careful when handling those cartridges. If you're too rough with them, they're more likely to leak. So just take it easy when you're installing them and you should be good to go.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with InkCartridges. Sure, there have been a few hiccups along the way, but for the price, I can't really complain. Plus, their customer service has always been pretty helpful when I've had issues.

So, I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with InkCartridges. I mean, I gave them my right address and everything, but they still sent my stuff to the wrong place. And when I called up their customer service, they were no help at all. They just kept saying that it was delivered to my door, even though I told them over and over again that it wasn't.

Luckily, I paid for my stuff through PayPal, and those guys were able to give me my money back. But seriously, I would never, ever recommend InkCartridges to anyone. They're just not worth the hassle.

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with these guys. I mean, what's up with the prices? I remember back in January of 2018, you could get a remanufactured Epson 252XL for as low as $2.99. But now? Oh boy, hold onto your wallets. Colors are going for $8.99 and black is a whopping $10.99 each. I mean, seriously? Might as well just go to Staples and get the OEM.

I thought inkcartridges.com was a good deal a few months ago, but they really let me down. It's like they're just trying to squeeze every penny out of you. And don't even get me started on the false advertising. They still have the old URL up, advertising the $2.99 price. What a bunch of baloney.

I'm just so disappointed. It's like they lure you in with these low prices and then jack them up once you create an account. It's just not right. I don't know about you, but I'm not falling for their tricks again.

I would caution others to be careful when ordering from this company and to double-check that they are receiving the correct product before opening any boxes.

I recently made a purchase from InkCartridges and unfortunately, my experience was not as smooth as I had hoped. I ordered a cartridge and was informed that it would be shipped within 1 to 4 days. However, after waiting for 2 weeks, I still had not received any notification that my order had been shipped.

I decided to give them a call to inquire about the status of my order. The customer service representative informed me that there had been a computer glitch, but assured me that my order would be shipped that day. I requested to speak to a supervisor and asked if it could be sent overnight. However, I never received a call back from anyone in management.

Feeling frustrated, I called back again and was told that the item was out of stock. However, they did have a few left and would be shipping it out that day. At this point, I wasn't sure what to believe. I requested that it be shipped overnight and once again, was told that a supervisor would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a call back from anyone in management.

After several attempts to get a straight answer, I called again and was finally informed that my order had been shipped. However, I never received a tracking number and was told that it had been shipped via ground.

Due to the lack of communication and conflicting information, I decided to order from another company and plan on returning the cartridge if it ever does arrive. Overall, my experience with InkCartridges was disappointing and I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.

So, I had a bit of an issue with InkCartridges. I put in an order on January 3rd, 2018 and I still haven't received it. The postal service says they delivered it, but I haven't seen hide nor hair of it. I tried to tell them that, but they didn't seem to care. They just kept saying that they delivered it and that was that.

So, I decided to reach out to InkCartridges' customer service. I told them that I hadn't received my order and that I wanted a refund. They said that I would be credited by Tuesday, January 16th, 2018. But, to be honest, I'm not entirely sure I believe them.

I mean, their actions just don't make any sense. Why would they say they delivered my order when they clearly didn't? And why would they be so dismissive of my concerns? It just doesn't add up.

So, I think I'm going to have to take matters into my own hands. I'm going to contact the Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I want to make sure that companies like InkCartridges know that they can't treat consumers like me with such disregard.

But, you know what? I'm not going to let this get me down. I'm going to stay positive and keep fighting for what's right. I know that I'll get my refund back this week, one way or another. And, in the meantime, I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed that InkCartridges will start treating their customers with the respect they deserve.

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with InkCartridges. I tried to order some ink for my printer, but their website wouldn't accept my new address. So, they ended up shipping it to my old address instead! Can you believe that? When I realized what had happened, I sent them an email to let them know. But, they said it was already on the courier and they couldn't/wouldn't call DHL to get it back.

They did promise me that they would require a signature for delivery, so if it wasn't delivered to me, it would be returned to them and they could re-ship it to my correct address. But, guess what? The package was just left on the steps of my old address and someone took it. When I told InkCartridges about this, they basically told me to "stalk my old address" and wait for the thief to show up with my ink. Can you believe that?

I asked for a refund, but all they offered me was a 10% and a 15% discount on my next purchase. Like, seriously? I don't want to buy anything from them again after this experience. They just keep refusing to deal with the issue. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from InkCartridges and go to a place like Staples instead. At least they care about customer service and are reliable.

Ordered from inkcartridges.com last Sunday and paid $12.99 for a remanufactured HP 60 tricolor with no shipping charges or tax. They send USPS Priority Mail and it came 3 days later. They emailed an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Update: 7/23/14 - I thought I would give an update. The cartridge I purchased was an "LD" cartridge. I've printed with it several times and it's better than any new HP cartridge I've ever used.

New update: 1/11/15 - I ordered another cartridge on 11/24 for $17.99 (no shipping charge). On 11/25 my printer died. I emailed about what to do to return it and was told to simply write "Return to sender" and a return authorization number on the package and give it back to USPS. The package arrived at USPS in 11/26. We don't get packages at our address and I was able to get to USPS on 12/4. In the information on the website for returns it stated that a refund would be given 1 to 2 weeks after the package is received at Inkcartridges minus a $4.95 charge for shipping. The package didn't get there until 12/19 possibly because of the holidays. I think USPS returned it parcel post or first class. I received a credit on my account on 1/1. Considering Inkcartridges may have closed 1 to 2 days for Christmas and New Years weeks I think the refund was done in good time. They also refunded the total amount of $17.99. I know the original transaction was free shipping, but didn't know if that included returns.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with inkcartridges.com. The prices are reasonable and the shipping is fast. The quality of the cartridges is also impressive, as the remanufactured cartridge I purchased was better than any new HP cartridge I've ever used. The return process was also easy and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided on the website. The only downside was the $4.95 charge for shipping on returns, but I understand that this is a common practice in the industry. I would definitely recommend inkcartridges.com to anyone in need of affordable and high-quality ink cartridges.

I gotta say, InkCartridges is not the best place to get your ink. I mean, sure, they're cheaper than the others, but you really do get what you pay for. I had a real bad experience with them. They went and saved my credit card info without even asking me, and then when I tried to place another order, they charged it to my business account without giving me the option to choose which card to use. They called it a "glitch" and said it was happening to other folks too, but they didn't know why. Their support people said they'd cancel the transaction and place a new order on the card I wanted to use, but they didn't cancel the original order. So both orders went through on both cards, and they wouldn't give me a refund for either one.

And get this, they got folks working from home who took my credit card info and read it out loud while their "family" was around. I mean, come on, that's not secure at all. My bank even contacted them for a refund, but they refused. So my bank froze my account. It's been a whole week, and they still won't give me a refund on either card, saying they can't because my account is frozen. Finally, after days of no return phone calls and talking to supervisors, they agreed to "mail" me a refund, which will take 7-14 days. But get this, they got double payment on the order five days ago, and they won't use overnight mail to get me my refund.

I'm telling you, their customer service is the worst I've ever seen. They don't care about their customers at all. Your credit card info isn't safe with them, and I had to shut down two cards because of what I consider fraud. They're real unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I gotta say, I had a real tough time with InkCartridges. I mean, I've dealt with some ink companies before, but these guys take the cake. First off, their remanufactured HP ink cartridges just didn't work with my older HP printer. Now, you'd think they would, since my printer's older and doesn't have that newfangled sabotaging software. But nope, these LD ones just didn't cut it. Meanwhile, I've had no problems with other HP generic cartridges from other sellers. So what gives?

Anyway, these InkCartridges folks really put me through the wringer. They had me trying all sorts of troubleshooting things that didn't do a lick of good. And they just kept making me repeat what didn't work. I even had to roll back my software, for crying out loud. And then they had the nerve to say "oh, it's the sensor." So they said they'd send me ones with a better sensor. But guess what? They just sent those same LD cartridges again, and they STILL didn't work. It's like they're just trying to buy time and hope I forget I got ripped off.

One guy in customer service said he was gonna refund me for the black ink, but I never got it. So I emailed them asking where it was, and I got all these emails saying they were gonna mail me a check, or refund my card, or who knows what. I mean, these guys are straight-up thieves.

Bottom line: those LD cartridges just aren't gonna work in your HP printer. And these guys have no integrity whatsoever. They'll take your money and run, and you'll be left with nothing. There are plenty of other ink cartridge sellers out there who are honest and will actually send you cartridges that work. And they'll stand behind their word, too. But InkCartridges ain't one of 'em. They can't even keep their story straight.

Oh, get this: they said they'd give me store credit for the color cartridge. Like, what good is that gonna do me when I've got an HP printer that uses HP 61? These guys are a joke. I lost about 25 bucks on 'em, and ended up having to buy from another seller. It cost me a little more, but it was worth it to deal with a company that actually knows what they're doing. So save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time or money on InkCartridges. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

InkCartridges is aight, but I gotta say, I had some trouble with them cartridges. They was a real pain in the butt to insert, and some of them even leaked ink all over the place. inkcartridges.com ain't the cheapest place to get your ink, and the quality ain't all that great neither. You better do your research and check out all the other prices and deals before you go and order from them. I ain't never gonna use them again, that's for sure.

I recently purchased a couple of HP 56 cartridges from InkCartridges and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. I barely got 100 pages out of each cartridge before they ran out of ink. What a waste of money! I definitely won't be buying refills from them again. Honestly, if it were possible, I'd give them a half star rating.

Been using InkCartridges.com for years now. They've been my go-to for all my ink needs. But recently, they sent me a knockoff of the LD ink cartridges. I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the ink. It faded in less than a month, and I even have pictures to prove it. I tried to return it, but their return policy was a bit of a hassle, so I decided not to bother. I think it's time to start looking for a new ink supplier.
