I paid a bill I received & my bank sent a check. I put in the wrong payee when I filed it my appt was 1/14/26 I was told @time of visit I had no balance. Then I started get texts I owed $343.00 my ins said I only owed 40.50. The check was cleared through my bank on 3/18/26. I have called all numbers for billing dept. Requesting a call back so I could send a check with the correct info. Never received a response back to see where the check is. My bank is filing a dispute. My bank needs to talk w/coast dental to see where the check went or is it on hold. No responce after 10 calls
