Friday, September 20, 2019 Attempted to order a purse online, received an error code. Contacted the customer service department only to learn they had not received my order yet my account had three pending payouts to Coach. The representative who works for coach called an verified that the funds were available, however Coach could not locate the order. Therefore Coach would have to cancel the transaction for which my funds had been frozen to complete the transaction so how is it Coach can cancel the pending transaction but can't locate or process my order. Needless to say I am very disappointed in their online services. Sincerely Barbara Calhoun
