ClickInks.com — No promised refund for unsatisfactory product!
I returned some ink cartridges to Clickinks the day I received them, because they were not what I wanted. (Clickinks promises on their web site that they will give a full refund for any unsatisfactory product.)
Clickinks received my registered mail package on Dec 2; I spoke with Clickinks consumer representative "Melissa" on Dec 4 and she said that the refund would be handled by Dec 6.
It is now Dec 18, and I still have not received my refund. Melissa has sent me 2 or 3 emails in response to my queries, each time saying she "doesn't know" why the refund has not been taken care of, and that she will "see that this matter is resolved." Nothing has happened.
At this point, I have sent 3 emails, made four telephone calls, and have not received any response whatsoever from Clickinks. I cannot seem to find a real person to talk to since my Dec 4 phone conversation with Melissa.
