Classic Homes I went to Classic Homes to get my house designed

I went to Classic Homes to get my house designed. During the meeting, I asked them to put handles in all the cabinets. They said they would use "0A - 134.06.631" hardware. But when I got my house, I found out they used knobs instead. Classic Homes said it was my fault because I signed the contract and should have checked it. But how could I check it when they only used a serial number in the contract? I trusted them to use the right hardware, but now they won't fix it and won't talk to me. It's not fair to expect me to catch a mistake like this when they don't even use real words in the contract.

Classic Homes My house is new, it was finished less than a year ago and I moved in January 2022

My house is new, it was finished less than a year ago and I moved in January 2022. Last Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 6:30pm, my kitchen cabinet fell off the wall and almost hit my 16-month-old baby. There was nothing heavy in the cabinet, just salt and pepper. The cabinet hadn't been touched for over an hour, it just fell. The cabinet falling also caused a small hole in the wood flooring. After further inspection, it seems that the cabinet wasn't placed into studs, which is not up to code. We called Classic Homes' emergency line and someone came to collect the cabinet that day, but no one has returned our calls since. I asked for a building inspector to come and check for other safety concerns, but it's been over a week and no one has returned our calls. I'm really scared that something dangerous could happen.
