Me and my hubby closed on our house on December 20. But there were still some things that weren't up to snuff since it was a brand new house. Our yard and driveway were a big problem. We had to pay extra to fix the driveway so we could use the garage. And we still can't use the dishwasher cuz the cabinets were put in wrong. We're waiting for the company to come do a walk-through, which shoulda happened in December . We just want them to do their job and fix our house right.

I bought my new house from JS Homes in November . After a while, I noticed that my garage door was not bolted down to any structure, and the hinge on the right door was coming out of its bracket. I told JS Homes about this, and they said they had hired Accurate Insulation to install our garage. JS Homes hired a bad company to install the garage door, which could cause serious bodily, structural, and financial harm. The door was installed months before we closed on our property, and their workers and contractor used that garage door to enter and exit the property at any point. That whole garage door could have collapsed. My husband and I have reached out several times since moving in, and their contractor has even taken pictures, but still, our door is not fixed. We are unable to use that door out of safety concerns for our family. We just want the door to be repaired.
