shoe totally unglued from the rubbered portion of shoe purschased in early March--was not careless in caring for this shoe

When I told a friend of mine she responded that they were well known for this problem
I've worn Clark's for many years and love them

I somehow obtained a 800# and was informed they would send a catelogue which I never received

I am curious as to what your action will be on this matter--I would like to be reimbursed for this

I love Clark shoes. Only buy them when they go on sale. My problem is I purchased model 88397 and have only worn them 3 times as I forget when I wear them the insides of the foot I get huge blisters. Why can't there be a return on shoes even after you've thrown the receipt.

I have two pair of Clark Shoes in my closet and both are unwerable. the soul has split in several places on both the black clogs. The whole sole has come loose from the leather.I have never seen such poor quatity in an expensive shoe. these are not new shoes but I have much older shoes wich are still intact and wearable. Is there no pride in producing a quality product anymore.

Companies want everything produced as cheap as possible, its all about making profit. Gone are the days of buying products that would last and companies offered good customer service.

If you think CLark shoes are quality products you are dreaming! These shoes that you pay $150.00 a pair for are poorer quality than a pair of $20.00 shoes at Walmart. They literally fall apart after very little wear and the company does not stand behind them in any way. Don't get taken thinking the high price means good quality, it does not!

I have had 4 pair of Clark shoes to fall apart. Three pair fell apart the first time they were worn. I did not try to return as I do not keep receipts. The salesperson at the store said they received complaints all the time and can only refer them to the Clark company.

Hello, I bought a pair of Clark shoes in July 2014. I have been buying Clark shoes for years for the comfort. However, these shoes which are a women's Wedge si
ze nine Black leather has become Green all around the shoes (both of them).I never left them outside or was in water with them ? I am really dissapointed. I bought them at Winners and am thinking they are not of quality or not real Clark shoes.
