I got a problem with CLA Grill & Service. I got an old grill that's like 25 years old. I needed a part but the grill didn't have any model or serial number on it. So I had to measure it. If you order parts over $49, you get free shipping. I ordered the part twice but they were both wrong. That's my bad. But I returned both parts in good condition. The company policy says that returned items will be charged the initial shipping ($8.50). I returned two items so the initial return cost should be $17. But for the first returned item, they charged me $29 and refunded me $22 for a $61 purchase. The second purchase was $51 with free shipping but I haven't been refunded for it yet. I've been trying to dispute this but they keep saying it's company policy. I can't find this policy anywhere. I've sent them a bunch of emails but they won't respond. I asked for a manager but the manager won't respond either. Before this happened, I ordered something else and was charged $8.50 for shipping. I'm not arguing about that. I'm arguing about the illegal $29 charge and the fact that they won't refund me for the second returned item. They're also not communicating with me. I have proof of the original policy that's been changed since my problem. This is crazy and I hope you can help me fix it. They need to refund me $73.90 and then we're good. Thanks for your help.

this site is dope, easy to use and the parts were just like they said they'd be. fixed up my 2 grills no sweat and they shipped it for free. big ups to CLA!

I orderd from CLA Grills & Service in May, but I nevr got my stuff or my money back. Is this a fake or scam biz? Be careful when you buy from them!

CLA Grills & Service is the real deal! Carl helped me out big time with converting my grill from natural gas to propane. He stuck with me until we found the right solution, and now I'm ready to cook up some delicious brisket tonight! The parts arrived today and I couldn't be happier. Thanks, CLA Grills & Service!

This website is hard to pick the right parts from. You can't call them up. They take forever to email you back. If you accidentally get the wrong part, they keep some of your money. They're a terrible company to work with. Be careful!

I got some new wires for my bullet grill from CLA Grills & Service. But they sent me the wrong ones. I sent them back, but now they can't find them. I've been talking to Zach and Debby, but they can't seem to figure out what happened. It's really frustrating that they messed up and lost my return. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company because they seem to be disorganized.

This biz did a great job with my order. I saw some peeps complaining about slow service cuz of the pandemic, but I hit up the company and they said my order was on its way. They asked for patience and I got my item in a reasonable time. It's important to give businesses a break during these crazy times. CLA Grills did a good job and I'm happy with my purchase. I needed new heat tamers for my Kenmore grill. I looked on the internet and found them at a couple of places. CLA Grills and Service was the only site that I could talk to a person about ceramic vs heavy duty stainless steel and if there were any advantages of one over the other. They spent time talking to me about my grill and made sure the part was correct for that model. They not only assured me of the right part, but their customer service helped me change from the ceramic, that I ordered, to the stainless steel, since the order had not yet been processed. I had a small problem with their site when placing my original order. The price changed from the advertised price to a higher price when I added them to the cart. They quickly escalated my concern to a manager and she not only verified the problem with their webmaster, but she personally added a note to my order and changed the price to match the advertised price. This company always pays shipping and with the customer service I experienced I will be using them for all my BBQ needs.
