This company seems to be behind on technology. You might wanna work with one that's more up to date in how they take payments. When they asked for a special payment, they wouldn't take credit cards or ANY other online way to pay. The ONLY thing they'd take are paper checks. Most people found this to be not helpful at all. I haven't written a check in over ten years, and I know most others haven't either. The accounting person at the company wasn't helpful in explaining why we had to pay with a check. She was also hard to understand and hung up the phone inappropriately. Me and many others haven't had a good experience with this company, so it definitely doesn't deserve an A+ here, especially when it's so far behind in technology.
