Advantage Arizona Real Estate & Property Management is the best! They're super professional, responsive, and pay close attention to any needs that come up at our rental. As tenants, that's really important to us. Any situation that might come up is taken care of fast and efficiently. We really appreciate them.

Advantage Arizona has done an excelent job managing my property for 15 years. They are very knowledgable about the business and I appreciate their expertise, input, communication, and support. They value my decisions and have made me feel respected and cared for--as if I was a member of their family. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When we first moved into the rental, everything was a mess. The sinks were leaking, the toilets didn't flush, the dishwasher door wouldn't close, and weird paper was coming out of the vents. The shower head in the master bathroom didn't work, and the walls were all beat up and dinged. The carpet was so cheap that it felt like cardboard, with frayed edges and exposed nails. They did send people to fix these issues, but those people looked like they were on drugs. It was really uncomfortable having to let them into the house with my two little kids. And why do we, as renters, have to call the homeowners insurance when something breaks? Shouldn't that be the property management's job? When we moved out, Andrea, the lady in charge, had a terrible attitude. She was super rude and couldn't handle stress or complaints.

These guys at Advantage Arizona Real Estate & Property Management are absolute crooks and so unprofessional! I've been a tenant with them for 11/5 years, always paying on time, and what do they do? They break the lease illegally just so they can sell the house to someone else in the market! Can you believe it?

And let me tell you about their move-out process. They were so late in giving me the itemized list, I had to wait 14 days! I was supposed to get it by July 31, but I didn't receive it until August 20! Can you imagine the frustration? And to top it off, they charged me a ridiculous amount for cleaning and damage to the carpet. The carpet was already garbage when I moved in, but they didn't care. They also charged me for yard cleaning that I didn't even create. Can you believe the nerve?

But that's not all. They had the audacity to charge me for a 12-year-old garage remote that stopped working years ago. They refused to replace it! And let's not forget about the oil stains and scratches that were already there when I moved in. They didn't bother to take care of those either. It's just unbelievable!

The people running this place, *** and her mother ***, are just terrible human beings. They're so rude and ignorant! I'm taking this matter to the *** and AG's office. I can't let them get away with this. I urge you to stay away from these people. They are truly despicable!

If you check out the other reviews, you'll see that they've been pulling this kind of stuff for years! They never make any improvements, and the owner, ***, is just a deplorable piece of you-know-what. We had to practically beg them to do any maintenance. And let me tell you, tenants shouldn't have to pay for wear and tear. They claim to be ***, but it's all just empty promises. And don't even get me started on their so-called home warranty. It's all a bunch of lies!

Trust me, these guys are the absolute worst. Stay far away from them!
