AG Secure Property Management Landlord refusal of repair / neglect

It's been a month and the repairs still haven't been done , and my unit was suppose to be newly renovated. My unit wasn't falsely advertised to me and there has even been cockroaches found and their droppings all over. I have told them about these problems one month ago and still nothing has been done.

AG Secure Property Management Rental Management Company

There are so many problems it difficult to know where to start.
1) Heat problem has just recently been almost taken care of, our bathroom is at 17 to 18 degrees celsius. This has been brought //o managements attention many times since Sept of 2015.

2) Electrical issues stemming from the fact that management replaced a fridge with one way to big for the apartment.

3) Now because the temperature here is not 20 degrees, a electrical heater is needed. This blows a fuse in the basement that we have no access to.
Our wait time to get the electricity restored has been up to 11 hours.
Owner/management will not fix this problem properly.
At least once a month we are left in the dark, due to this problem.
Management tends to act like it is our fault.

4) There are sidewalks all around the building which are supposed to be cleaned by owner/management as per landlord-tenant agreement of Ontario. This is not done, nor are common areas kept clean.

This is just a small sample of problems AG Secure will not comply and fix..
