Just spent another hour trying to get Citi to credit a dispute resolved in my favor two years ago. I cannot count the hours I have spent trying to get this fraudulent charge resolved, even though on the Citi website, it says clearly, "Resolved in your favor." Spoke with a manager again today who refused to let me send him a screenshot from the Citi website and he hung up on me.
