CITGO review: Rude management ( 8 comments)

Miami Citgo gas station at 2500 NW 87 AVE. Currenly has a promotion of $5 calling card when pumpling 10 gal. or more, the clerk at the store refused to give me a card after I pumped 10.45 gal. When I asked why, he told me it was because he was advised by managment that the new rules by his manager was to pump $25 or more and disregard every sign inside and out of the station that indicated 10 gallons.
I asked for his manager, he gave me a business card to call him. The business card is for a travel agent.

Don't have your car washed at CITGO. Mine came out at dirty as it went in... They refused to rewash it ! PLUS the petrol. is more expensive. I refuse to ever get gas there again - employees were rude !

There are NO security seals on any of there gas pumps at this location

Fill up my car yesterday at this location, after I inserted my credit card I noticed there was no red security tag Or any other tags on any of there gas pumps.

The third shift worker was being so rude he cursed the customers out and my mocking them and Antagonizing them

I purchased $15 worth of gas and YOU CHARGED ME $100 ! It is 4 days later and I still don't have the change in my account. I'm a Sr person with very little $$$$ and now I have to wait to go to the grocery store. I will NEVER BUY GAS FROM CITCO AGAIN !

Build my gas tank with citgo gas when I started my car to take off and shut off I've changed my fuel filter spark plugs ignition coils camshaft sensor because there was water in my fuel in my car still isn't running right

Stopped at store Amg Retail I #553 for a cup of Atlantis Coffee and a water. I had to empty my cup holders and found there are no Recycling bins. I saw the trash can loaded with plastic recycleable bottles. Next time I’ll go to Dunkin Donuts.
