Circle K i'm complaining about the service.

Who ever the lady was that was working Oct
12, 2019 at night was very rude. She refused to give me my purchase even tho I paid for it. First off she didn't have to call the police after I said okayy I don't have to get the clubtails... secondly when I got my other stuff n paid she told me no i can't have them n that she was calling the police. My whole thing it she had no right and I know my right after I said okayy n was leaving you can't hold my stuff just because... I wanted an refund n she didn't even want to do that. She was very rude for no reason and I been a loyal customer for 7 years I'm never rude I'm always nice when I go to the store any store. I did talk to my lawyer and will be moving forward with my case.

Circle K poor customer service

I went into the Circle K in Taylor mi paid for my gas once I got outside the pump didnt work I walked back into the store told the cashier Cheryl about it she told me well it says the gas was already pumped I explained to her that I didn't pump the gas she proceeded to tell me well it says the gas was pumped I told her again I didn't pump the gas and she tells me yet again that I already pumped my gas at this point Im frustrated. As Im telling her again a young lady comes in and speaks to the 2nd cashier and tells her that her card stopped working while pumping her gas the manager Colene comes out and scolded me for being to loud I explained to her I paid for gas and didnt get it she turns to the cashier and she says that that lady already pumped her gas the computer says so mean while the 2nd cashier fixes the young ladys problem with her pump and kindly fix my issue because the cashier #1 Cheryl put my money on the young lady pump not one time did she try and find the problem but kept saying maam you already pumped your gas not one time did the manager Colene listen and try to correct the problem nor did she or cashier 1 Cheryl apologize for the mix up I ended up wasting 15min or more of my time over a product that I paid for which caused me to have a horrible start of my morning I will not be a returning customer and thinking of contacting the local news and fyi I've worked in customer service for over 8 years and I wouldn't have handled the customer problem with such poor service and management was the worst

Circle K employee/ customer service

I have been to the Circle K located on The corner of S. Arlington Rd. And Wilbeth Ave. many times but the last 2 times I visited this store were horrible and I won't be back! At least not to that Circle K location anyways. Both times I came there were in the middle of the night, when only the service window is open. I came up to the service window and there was a sign that said "Be back in 15 min". I understand that your employees need bathroom breaks and such but there was a lady outside waiting in line also who said that she had been there twice and the sign was up there both times. Both times were within the last 2 weeks. Maybe mthere were several other customers waiting. I waited 10 minutes and still no one came to the window so I left. The last time I came there I had forgotten to get gas earlier that day and barely made it to that Circle K on an empty tank. I was so happy I made it to a gas station before I ran out of gas on the side of the road or something. Only to find out that yet again there was no employee in sight. This time there wasn't even a sign in the window. But I waited again, even longer this time than before, for fear that I might not make it to another gas station. Eventually after waiting a long time I had to leave and thank god I made it to the Circle K down the street. But I have never In my life came to a gas station late night or any time of day, or night for that matter, that had no employee there to Help customers. That's absolutely ridiculous!

Circle K reimbursement of travel expenses

I was assured verbally that $60 luggage expense would be reimbursed to me, incurred at delta airlines, when I was flown to a 50hr Food Pilot program. My receipts were submitted to my market manager, and to the A/P dept, as instructed. It has been 2 months and I have since left the employment of circlek.
Very disgruntled.
Will have to take legal action to get my lousy $60 .

Circle K general condition of store

Basically a "[censored] house". Coffee bar in particular. No medium or large cups.
The coffee bar was dirty and stained. Low on coffee "extras". The trash can was missing.

There was a long line at the register. Customer in front of me pondering on lottery tickets. Two other employees going in and out of store without any focus on the length of the line or customer service.

You need a Manager.

Circle K I am complaining about the way circle k establishment go about doing things for their employees

I was an employee at circle k for 3 years one more and I got let go of a situation that I was going through and I asked for accommodation I called all the right numbers that I needed to call and nobody has helped me out with this situation or gave me any information it is wrong how they give you all these numbers to call to get help and it seems like everybody is in cahoots with each other and it's not fair I am ready to get a lawyer to go against circle k for all the things that they are taking their employees through and I am not the only one that been through this stuff with circle k

Circle K gas unleaded

My wife paid for $10 worth of gas twice and didnt receive it and got into it with the cashier over it upon which her co worker threatened to jump my wife. The cashier proceeded to tell her to get her white [censored] out of her store. When I called asking to speak to a manager they hung up the phone and told me we don't have to comply with any request don't call again.

Circle K payroll department sherry

I called the payroll department about my last couple check stubs and the woman Sherry would not let me finish my sentence and hung up on me. I worked for this company for 7 years to be treated like that. It's pathetic the people that just sit at a desk all day treat others like trash. All I need is my last 5 check stubs. I've faxed the number that was on the automated voicemail twice and still no response. What can I do to get my check stubs? Does anyone know? I actually quit because I found a way better job with pay and benefits.

In the office at your workplace select workday. Log in. Click the pay link. Then select a payslip and then either take a photo of it or if mgmt allows, print it.

Circle K employees attitude and vulgar language.

The circle k employee working at the Northern Ave and 21st Ave store at 11:42 pm 10-07-2019 was very rude to me, rude enough for me to set the items I was buying down inform the employee that I no longer wished to purchase any of these products, at that point he started shouting obscenities at me. I could not believe the vulgar language he was using. I'm at the point right now where I would almost rather drive the mile to quick trip then to stop at another circle k. And I'm positive that if I should happen to share

Circle K service and atmosphere

I have been visiting this store since 2 years, but never had this excellent experience before. The customer servuce is the best i have ever got. The guy currently managing the store is very friendly and helpful. He helped my kids and also gave them candies. Such a kind and sweet person! I feel very much overwhelmed wheneve ri go there . So I'm takimg a bit time to give review of the staff. I'll keep visiting this store more often now. Thanks.

Circle K polar pop

Today I went in for my morning Polar pop refill. When I went to the counter to pay, the cashier rudely told me that I need to inform her as I'm coming in the door that I have a refill, otherwise I could just be saying that.

First, if that is the policy, it should be posted somewhere that you first have to go to the counter and tell the cashier before you can get a refill. Second, I have probably visited 30 Circle K stores in my 20 years as an Arizona resident. This is the FIRST time anyone has ever told me this was the policy, so it obviously is not being enforced.

I am trying to reduce waste by reusing my styrofoam cup. I don't think making me feel like a criminal is the way I should be treated.

Circle K cigs

Ok I understand there is a law and some need to show I'd but this store since becoming a circle k has gone so far downhill that all the whites left only blacks work there with the exception of 1 person that I know of anyway this store is less then a mile from my house we go in there 3 to 4 times a day manager knows us very well, we'll this new black kid started other night my husband goes in there to buy cigs this kid ids him he don't have a I'd but here is where it's so stupid it's not even funny my husband is 50 yrs old we have grandchildren and trust me he don't look younger then 21 age in Texas you have to be to buy cigs well that's not the worst part this kid was rude and very ugly then proceeds to sell cigars to a black person who looked like a kid and never I'd him every other worker knows us we do not look young so he was not just doing his job he was straight up being a jerk to us we have never had problem in fact one of the managers had my husband build some things for their house so it's not like he could have just mistakenly done this and he has been told by other employees that we are good no need to I'd but yet he refuses to sell us cigs which is costing y'all from making money from us and god knows who else probably anybody else that's white we will not go back to that store nor will over half of our neighborhood because of the way it's become blacks hang out in parking lot all hrs line is constantly backed up because employees care more bout talking to each other then waiting on customers and number one they are plain rude they let you know they don't Like their job and have no problem voicing it please do something about that new kid and store in general please

Circle K service

I stopped in yesterday at the Circle K located at, 7510 W Peoria Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345. He time was approximately between 6 anf 6:30 p.m.That will be the last time I step into that store for a few reasons. First, the soda section was dirty and not maintained. Second, I was not impressed with the two employees behind the counter. The male employee was loud and made a comment to the female employee and I quote, "welcome to hell". I would assume the male employee was referring to the line of customers. It appeared that the female was perturbed that I wanted cash back along with my purchase. She didn't even smile when I got to the counter. Next time, I will be going across the street to am/pm. Really bad experience. I will need to make sure that none of my friends go as patrons to this Circle K.

Circle K cigarettes

El dia de hoy 5 de October I visit store
at 8:20 pm becausee I need to buy a cigarette and the lady she ask me for my id and I give my id from my country and she say she can't sale me nothing because I don't have id from United States, so she don't ask me for my passport and I don't need to have a id from here is I don't From here just I visit my family for vacation, so what happened with the tourist here? So if the store can't sale cigarettes a people not from here is necessary one sign where specific this, so a take this incident like a racist lady because and the other stores when they not sure for the id they talk they want to see one other id like a passport . This experience is no good and the lady she don't have customers service.

Circle K coors light

The store signage says for both Coors Light and Miller Lite that you can purchase two 16 oz beers for $2.50.
The woman at the Atkins, Virginia store tried to charge be full price for each. I pointed out what the store signage said, and she refused to adjust the price. I told her if she didn't believe me on the signage to please go look for herself.
She adamantly refused to do that, and told me should could not adjust the price of beer.
I told her that it was against Virginia State law to advertise a retail price and not honor it.
She didn't care.
I then returned to the store to ask to speak with her manager. That manager (which I'm still not convinced she was a real store manager) told me the same thing. That the signage made no difference; whatever price showed up at the register could not be adjusted.
The weird thing is, I have made this same purchase of two beers for the price of $2.50 numerous times at this very store.
So my complaint is that tonight, 10/4/2019, your store at I81 Exit 50 in Atkins, Virginia violated Commonwealth of Virginia law by not honoring the advertised in-store price of a retail item.
I would like a reply to this and an apology from the store clerk and the store manager.

Circle K market manager

I have been a employee of circle k for 2 yrs. I was in the MIT program but never was able to complete it between staffing issues and then my mentor was taken 3 weeks early. That put me as the manager. Same week I met my new market manager Theresa Kimball. Her and I worked side by side weekly resetting the store and her " retraining me" I was the only manager for 2 months. No day off. Fixing numerous mistakes that were not made by me. Never hesitated. Tee (Teresa ) found a issue with lottery and in result found theft and made arrest. After a really bad audit. Tee decides to let me go because I didn't catch them myself after assisting any time she asked. Not receiving a write up, a day off or a chance to be retrained. When I asked her about retraining she claimed to have been doing so for a month but fact is she was not there daily. She investigated and found no theft. She even used people who were not employed to help us move shelves when resetting the store. She made me stay at work from 6 am to 10:30 pm... And double back the following morning and told me today I wasn't a good worker. I wrote up employees, I followed her rules and did all she asked. I didn't hire a single person I was staffed with she even had me on shift with her handling money and showing her things that she didn't know how to do. I'm warning anyone who believes like I did in a career this corporation DON'T DO IT! you'll end up over worked and wanting a lawyer.

Circle K co-worker

I work at circle k on 3010 Westmoreland rd, and a co worker by the name of Deasiavoya Johnson told me she has HIV or STD from her boyfriend who worked there prior Larry Turner, and she gets on the register and touches people food with out gloves! She also told me she has a pill problem in detail ecstasy pills . She's making it a difficult and hostel environment due to her drug problem . Johnson has a std and walks around with out wearing glove, and this makes me very uncomfortable due to it's a bio hazard. I had to report because I've been in the restroom with her and she did not wash her hands! More than 2 employees know about this Please do something about this stdbecause she's going around telling employees but I'm new so I don't know how to address the manager about this issue .She has horrible hygiene and wears tights evreyday! Nobody has told the new manager and I don't know why please help do something about this . I wouldn't want anyone sick with poor hygiene KNOWINGLY serving me food!

Circle K customer service

Corner Store at 1421 Ella Blvd, Houston, TX 77014 (Ella Blvd and Rushworthe Drive)
Please retrain your manager and employees on customer service techniques. They are there to give good customer service not personal opinions. I was so humiliated by the manager two days ago because I laid my money down on the counter instead of handing it to her when I purchased an item. This lack of "common courteousy" admonishment was done in front of 5 customers and the tirade continued for at least 3 or more minutes even after I said I didn't mean to offend her. She acted as if she owned the store and we are here to serve her needs. Again, the customer service skills lack.

Circle K cashier at 2:55pm october 2nd 2019

October 2, 2019 2:55pm I entered the store in a rush becuase I was running late to be at work there was a lady infront of me already that was totally find I was patiently waiting my turn so when it was my turn I said $1.87 in gas on pump 7 yes I was broke yesteday I got paid today I was dead on e had to make it to work down the street I also work on macon road as a manager so this was very uncalled for. I raced outside after laying my money on the counter in a panic hurry and when I went to the gas pump to pump gas I noticed the cashier did not put it in so I raced in side very calmly and asked why my money was on the counter she said take your [censored]ing money im not giving you gas you threw it at me there is a few customers around at this point I said I didn't throw my money at you I hurried and put it on the counter which if you run the cameras at 2:55 pm you can clearly see me im a white female I had my black collard work shirt on and you can see my change (85cent) sitting neatly on my dollar bill I would never treat cashiers like that when I work in management im not that crazy she was cussimg at me causing a big scene she is described as a tall round african american she kinda looked like she was a [censored] very rude I can't believe I had to report her but this is ridiculous and when I told her I was in a rush to work thats why I laid it on the counter and rushed away she started laughing at me. Circle K internet

I have won several food/drink items on circle k spin and win and scratch and win, but when I try to redeem them (I have tried at several different stores) the internet in the store is not working and I am unable to collect my prizes. One employee told me it had to do with the roof of the store. It would just be nice to have the option of having a paper coupon mailed to me so I can at least collect my prizes. My hotdog prize expires tomorrow. I've called the Florida regional office twice, still waiting for a call back. Thank you in advance for any assistance you could give me.
