i also have to deal with alot of ### that i shouldn't when i'm at work. for instance, just today, i had a guy come in and throw a 50 at me screaming because i couldn't see his license plate (i couldn't see his plate because i was cleaning up piss and ### in the mens bathroom because someone probably thought it was funny), i had to deal with rude and perverted customers comments, i had to deal with being treated like a bank(standing by the safe for 10 minutes waiting for the timer because someones daddy gave them a 100 and they didn't know how to walk in to a bank), and by the way, i am a manager and we too get sick of this. i had a guy the other day buy a lottery ticket. he said he forgot it on the counter and expected me to replace it. people, dont you realize that these are counted like money!? come on. i'm so sick of this.

Maybe YOU need to get a life..calling district managers/corp offices to whine..and regardless if you go thru those doors or not they are STILL running a business. I suggest that you go to a grocery store and U SCAN! Crybaby 😢

Corporate needs to look into these complaints. Customers should be treated fairly and kindly. Great employees should be rewarded for great work. And bad employees no matter their title should be handled properly. Store managers should be examples for how their staff should be and act.

We're a customer of "all" Circle K's. But, today we went to the Circle K, in Snowflake Az, 110 S Main St and was very disappointed the Caffeine Free Diet Coke was discontinued. In place of it, was Coke Zero, yuk! We visit this store for a soda, at least 2 times daily. Getting Diet Coke, Caffeine Free Diet Coke and other items. Now, we will take our services down the street to Maverick. It's really sad, when your company can't make the customers happy!

I'm a single mom of two perfect little girls. I receive no help from their fathers nor have I. I work two jobs and I'm in school. So yes I have link I would do anything to make sure my girls are fed and happy I dare someone to say I'm lazy. I work an housekeeping job from 6am to 3 pm than clean houses from 3 to 5pm than night school 6 to 10 pm

It is in no way a violation to purchase food from circle k and then heat it in the microwave, and it is where circle k makes allot of its money. There are alot of people on food stamps due to the fact there jobs don't pay nearly enough, its next to impossible to find better or new work, and there bills are too high. They have jobs and yet still cant make enough to feed there families. its hard having a college education and mcdonallds not even wanting you as an employee. hahaha apparently not at the one she went to. Funny story. My new phone somehow mysteriously, while it was at the bottom of my purse, brought this website to my attention. And I am ever so very thankful it did. See I had this extremely unhealthy tension for stupid people. I mean, to me there is no excuse for ignorance. BUT WOW This website has somewhat enlightened me. Companies like Circle K hold licenses to accept food stamps. They are held under rules and regulations on what is and is not acceptable. You can buy prepared PACKAGED (COLD) food. You cannot heat the item up inside the store... OMG You are so hilarious! OK Now lets switch companies, just for kicks and giggles. I dare you to go to McDonald's and order a frozen big mac...use your food stamp card and ask them to heat it up...Duh! It wont work there and it wont work at circle k. Better yet go to the piggly wiggly and buy a ### load of food pay with your food stamp card and ask them to cook it for you lmao! 20 bucks says your black!- yes i went there!

I am an assistant manager of a Circle K and I have never heard of anyone in my store doing this to a customer... who cares how you are paying for the product, it's a product sold and the microwave is provided for that reason. Not all manager's are bad manager's... trust me I have had both good and bad, usually the bad ones don't last long. I am sorry you had to deal with that hun, I would never allowed that type of poor customer service to have happened in my store! The thing that sucks is we (the employees) all have bosses that are on our butts about everything. we have guidelines we have to follow (carding for all restricted sales and denying sales, etc.) listening to complaints about prices, being hit on by all kinds of people, yes we are open 24/7, not given lunch breaks, so we eat when there are no customers at the counter, we smoke or take breaks when we can and that's not none to often, and we have to deal with all types of customers... It takes one hell of a person to work in customer service and even the good ones have bad days!

I worked at circle k. And kept getting sent home. Why I was told there way complaints about me from corporate as well as customers. I worked that day the assistant manager sent me home 1 hr I was suppose to get off work. For one I take a vitimain after eating so there is is my drug.as far as taking anything else no! I stand at register for 6 hrs. Would u not get tired and just need to walk awY from it? Maybe that's why I was tired. The assistant manager has let her postipn go to her head.she seem I had a customer in front of me buying cigarettes and beer. She ask me if I carded him. Yes I did he was 30. After that I ask him if he can hold on a min incase she deaided to show her butt again. That's when she accused me of being under the influence of drugs. Clocked me out sent me home. I asked them to drug test me to prove it.nope. Circle k in Foley is the place u don't want to work at

I agree^^ Circle K is so twisted here in Louisiana. Not to say This District Mangaer has all of here relatives working under her & they get away with murder & the none- related get worked like dogs for little pay.My Bf is going throught the same thing & he's been missing most of his dr. app for that place and it's sad. Now they really need to look into it, because last time I checked working off the clock is illegal & needs to be dealt with. Can't go over her head to her boss. Why? They are good friends & he'll just tell her to make it go away. That's just a taste of what they are doing. Baton Rouge, Louisiana Circle K is very corrupt. Store-managers setting up robbers & still working for them...I would like to see them in jail.

I agree completely, in Memphis the Marketting Manager harrasses employees and will take a female into the restroom. Bobby Coplin cheats on his wife with employees by threatening to fire them. Employees of Circle K may have a hard time finding a lawyer, as the income from such a job is mininum. I will spread the word this man is a cheating, harrasser of women and is in a position of power and should be removed and put in prison for his low down ways! Many stores should be shut down because of low down management which this company hires. Even more so Bobby Coplin should be placed in prison or should have to talk to the father of the girls he harrasses. Beyond that, his wife should know his cheating ways and understand she is not confused. He is a cheater and a molester of employees!

i also work at circle k.the store is always busy and they go by hours they aloud to use. in my opinion and my valued customers opinions need more help and if not then its suppose to be the managers responsibilty to help. we get none of that we get work harder or i am not a babysitter do your job. my manager passed away last year and ever since we have lost alot of ppl. the company has got numorous calls on this and all the company will do is give them free gas or pop for a week. we want a team leader. we just feel very unappreciated and we are there because we need a job and love the customers. we cant take our vacations when we want to or take breaks when we need to and it really is a very poor situation for a big company as they are. the employees work their butts off and they just take care of the managers who do nothing. circle k in lawrenceburg indiana

I hear ya. I work at a circle k right now, and I try my best, but it can be pretty hard when it gets busy and people are impatient with you. but i cant complain, just keep smiling and apologizing. its not like many other places are looking to hire a 19 yr old highschool dropout with family issues... well, except for strip clubs, but i still have /some/ dignity left. I say just do your job well and no one can get mad at you. 7.50/hr is better than nothing.

I understand your situation. Many college sstudents have to take tough jobs. Beyond customers not cutting employees a break, in Memphis the marketing manager Bobby Coplin tries to get employees to perform sexual favors. This man is a pervert and should face the consequences. He is married, but clearly has no morality- he is [censor]. I've called local radio stations and will be sending in an article to our local paper. Customers expect things to be instant at Circle K, most of the time the employees are moved store to store- but unfortunately for Memphis employees the marketing manager Bobby Coplin supervises many stores.

I worked at a gas station in college for four years- a busy BP station. I know what it is like to work there and deal with mean customers- but I was nice to people. I tried hard to just get them what they wanted quickly and get them out the door. I expect people working in stores now to treat me with the respect I gave to my customers. I am all for sticking up for the employees- but only when they are representing a good part of the workforce. I'm sure you are a diligent cashier- but you know you've worked with people who are not good with customers. They don't last too long, from what I remember, and it's not hard tell the difference between a good cashier with rude customers and an ignorant, lazy cashier who treats the regulars like crap.

Mr Unsilent, I disagree about the "college student assistant running the store" I worked for Circkle K and was the assistant Til I could get into the manager program.The Manager I had worked along side me till she was transfered, I ran the store alone for 4 months ( even prep for inventory)til the new manager came in... Well she didn't do ANY thing but sit in the office on her phone, Now, i'm in my 30's (been manager of places before)have kids even, SHe is 24yrs and using that title of hers... See I don't see my co-workers by age.. I see them as a person, cause i had no problem taking orders from her. I just would get things done before she told me to.cause I know my job. I also KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE! Customer would only come on my shift and always awsking when I work.. I treat people the way I would want to be treated. ANd if you were a regular I knew your name and knew your purchases & have it ready for you. and Had sure to always have it ordered to be stocked for you... Now I had got sick and my husband had called me in sick 6hrs before my shift, I had to go to the E.R, well she told me to come in the next day @ 8 am Monday ( I was to be off 3 days) for a meeting, I walked in, she said I was administrative leave no pay come back thurday to see if I still had a job .Went in on Thursday, Was told I was fired, and she lied to unemployment saying that WE had a "Store" meeting and I left and didn't stay for my scheduled shift! YOU SEE, I care about the people that came in, not the numbers, but it's [censor]s like that make everyone think all circle k employees suck. P>S I'm still Looking for a job since she did that to me 6/17/2010 with a child with disabilities...

I think you need to go back to school and learn how to speak and write English. Maybe then you can work at Circle K with the other [censor]tards.

Mosst of these so called "managers" don't even run their own stores- it's their hard working college student assistant managers. Education does not matter to these people. They will take anyone who will put up with the harrassment and terrible treatment that comes from their superiors. Bobby Coplin, Marketting Manager of the Memphis area Circle K's- touched my daughter inappropriately. Before she could quit, she was fired by the same man over the phone. Her store manager did not want her fired. Secondly, her paycheck had over twelve hours deducted. Her store manager agreed she worked over 35 hours, yet all recordss of indication had been cleared by the corprate marketting manager. I cannot find any way to complain to this company directly, my wife and I have tried hiring a lawyer, but times are tough and the more time that passes; the less likely the chance of recovering the lost wages is more and more unlikely. However, to us this is about our daughter being touched by a pervert, who is so beloved by this crooked company that we cannot find anyone who will hear us out. We will have a lawyer if I have to declare bankrupcty. I want justice. This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with when needing to file a complaint. Store managers are instructed not to give out any numbers to help us with our cause. We'r not looking for money out of this, we are looking for justice. This cheating, harrassing pervert should face the consequences of his actions. I hope to God that this can be resolved with haste.

I was in your xenia, ohio location 12/04/23 around 10:30 and one of your employees(don't know his name) started cursing at one of your customers. This is not the first time this same guy has started things with customers. He needs to lose his job at this point or people will go elsewhere.

So I'm employed at a circle K in Georgia, and while it's been good so far, I had to call in sick today, the first time I've had to, ever, and was told by my manager that I was getting written up because it was not given three weeks in advance. My issue is that I can't predict when I'll be sick, so I feel this write up is unjustified.

Women's bathroom was so disgusting there was even blood all over the place. Covering the big stall toilet & even dried on the wall. Trash was everywhere torn toilet paper bits scattered all over the floor

We filled up under the Inner Circle program. We used our debit card which is the same as cash. We were charged for gas under the credit price 3.82 per gal. We don't have a credit card. We should have been charged 3.72 per gal under the debit card.

Every night I stop same circle k on market st after hours walk up window ask for polar pop they tell me it's down for cleaning I feel they just don't want to go over and make it for me it also takes them forever come me out of bac room after I ring bell for service it good 15 minutes mostly

I spent 20 minutes in the blazing heat on my mobility scooter. I am a disabled Veteran. This is unacceptable, it's 2023 and Ohio Disabilities can levy a $10,000 fine without compliance. I would like this remedied asap. If you test me you will lose.

Your freezy drink machines (2 of them ) seem to be shut down or inoperable more often than they are working. Why? Piss Poor management that's why. Get someone in that store that gives a crap or you will lose more revenue than you will ever know. Horrible management. The younger clerks do their best and are very courteous and are not at fault!
