Circle K day time manager

The general store manager at this store is absolutely rude works the morning shift, not only to some customers but to her employees as well. She stereotypes customers with tattoos and that wears certain clothing types. SHe is very rude to all customers like. It's a burden to help. Her store is not very organized at. Never treated soo poorly from a manager in my life. And considering never shopping at circle k again. She. Was on the phone with seemed like friend boyfriend or non work realated. Person and acted. Pissed off that she had line of customers. I have never been treated so rudely. I will keep complaining until. Something is done with this manager she. Has no customer service skills. And acts like her jobs a burden. I am surprised circle would have some one like this represent them. Shame on you circle k. Your guys run a better operation than this. I thought

Circle K erika hughes cashier

Ms. Hughes was rude and obnoxious she was too busy on the stores phone with her boyfriend and was unable to provide adequate service couldnt even provide the correct price for services instead she was more concerned about her phone call. She also said she could multi task and became loud and said she could refuse my service and tried to brush me off wont be going to that store any more

Circle K manager & cashier

I entered one of your story's today and had one of the most horrible experiences. I can tell by the way they were so comfortable disrespecting me that this wasn't their first time doing it. I had a complaint about false advertisement in store 1234 . The cashier kept ringing me up for regular price for my Items and I simple told her I was supposed to get a deal because I got two. She kept telling me it was giving me the discount and I politely disagree. The manager came over she was very rude to me and she still couldn't fix my problem. I had to catch a bus so I had to leave so I just said it's OK I'm going to go I just felt like it was a false advertisement. She told me well there's 34 other stores you can go to. I simply said I have no problem with the store I just felt like it was false advertisement because I don't get the deal . She was very rude and dismissive with me because I disagree with her and I feel like that was very unprofessional. She started to tell me to get out of her store because I asked to speak to a manager. I Told her if she's the manager I want to speak to someone higher up. She then began to kick me out of the store. I simply express I feel like that was unfair because I had done nothing wrong as I was gathering my things. She became very impatient and started to call the police while I was packing up my purse putting all my stuff back in my purse. I'm dropping my credit cards and stuff while she's calling the police trying to put a complaint on me and get me arrested.I was just wondering for what reason but I peacefully exited the store. And her & the cashier began to laugh and mock me. As a customer I felt like it was very unprofessional this is not the type of experience I want to go to when I'm coming into the store. Especially her as a manager that is not the way she should've handled it it was a simple issue she blew it out of proportion I was willing to let it go even though I was being overcharged. And I feel like something should be done about it .

Circle K circle k manager as a customer very rude and poor representation

I was working as a cashier at the time so this is going to be something different than the norm however between 7:00 and 9:00 PM I had a Circle K Manager come in and purchase a number of items including cigarettes with a coupon and gas. When I explained to her that I had to put the gas on a separate transaction she became very belligerent with me saying I was ringing it up wrong. As she was both a manager and my customer I went ahead and cancelled it and rung it up exactly how she told me to. When I got the same error message I showed her the screen and she became even more rude. This is a poor representation of the company. Furthermore it would be very beneficial to explain to each of your managers that each store system is different. My home store in Scottsburg for example when processing food stamps all the customer has to do is slide their card and when their done we press the payment available button. With Austin, IN we have to press the EBT Food Stamps button, than press the exact dollar button before they can even slide their card. This is what I was trying to explain to her as well but she became very rude and disrespectful, again a poor representation. I know a lot of Walmart associates and management can get in trouble over this and perhaps Circle K should do the same thing.

I also don't like women in power. I admit that I was ringing her purchase wrong. But I was annoyed that some woman had to correct me. No woman should be the boss of men. NO women should be telling a man what to do. My beliefs may be old, but that is the way I feel. If my mother ever got out of line, my father would slap her. Now that I am an adult I also slap her when she gets out of line and disrespects me.

I would like to update that I was fired from this store. I made all of this up about the female manager using her power to make me change the rules. She was not rude to me at all. I found her attractive. When I found out that she too worked at Circle K, I asked her if she would like to go out with me sometime. She told me no. I got upset that I was turned down, that I made this up about her. When they found out that I was lying about her abusing her power and telling me to do things her way I got fired. I hate this company.

Circle K payment

On Saturday July 29, 2019 I purchased Yuengling beer at the Circle K in Vass, NC. The price on the shelf was $7.99. The cashier rang up my order and I paid. I realized the amount was too high. She had charged me $8.99. I told her this and she replied she could not adjust the price nor refund my money. I realize this is only a $1.00 difference, but the amount shown was not what I had to pay. I asked for her managers name which is Robynn Reimers. I feel I deserve a refund of $1.00 plus tax. This is poor customer service and illegal in my eyes.

Circle K customer service

I went into the store around 9:50pm watched the cashier sell alcohol to a man just asking for his birthday, I needed cigarettes she carded me my id is a few days expired so I was told she couldn't take it. I went back outside my boyfriend then went in with his id which is valid, he watched her sell alcohol to another man without asking for an id she then carded him but told him that she couldn't sell them to him. It doesn't make any sense to me, especially when I watch the African American female sell to two different African American males without id but cards the two white people...

You know Fredew hacking into my account will only get you into trouble. I'll admit my spelling and grammar can improve but were on a forum that bringing up an issue is more important than spelling and grammar, unless of course spelling is really bad. You have more to worry about my grammar errors, grow up and stop acting like a baby and perhaps we can have a civilized conversation. And as far as anyone is concerned, I am still employed however I have no desire to share more than what I already have because I know Fredew will just lie to get me into trouble, which a fair warning to you Fredew I have a very supportive store manager who will not listen to your bs.

Circle K bathrooms/store in general

Bathrooms were extremely dirty, pee all over and toilet paper all over. Shelves and coolers has very little on them. Looked like the store was closing permanently. Only one lady working in the store, there was 15+ waiting on her. Once we reached the front the lady was very rude, and we asked for the bathroom key and she shoved it over and said this is it. Very disappointed in this store over all.

Circle K wrongful termination

I went to clock in on friday july 19 2019, and was told that circle k was letting me go for one of my safe drops was short 100 dollars. Apparently a 300 dollar drop was only 200 and for a phone scam issue that was resloved and I was told by sandy my district manager that I wasnt going to lose my job over it because no laws were broken and I didnt give the con artists the numbers off the card. I had realized it was a fraudulent caller and not circle k help desk it person. I wasnt able to defend my self wasmt allowrd to view video that would show me either pocketing or moving the monry in my pocket or somewhere else. I didnt take anything from my store. I loved my job
And I will. Be filing for unemploy ment amd reporting circle k and ms sandra greene to the better business bureau and im filing a complaint with the epa aboit the septic that over flows in our store from under the shelves, the unsanitary rotten trash in and under the coffee trash cabinets, numerous dead bugs in the cold case and putting food on uncleaned grills polar pop nozzels having mold on them, and tbs fact tbs t the manager calls employees stupid idiots snd says [censored] the customer listen to me shut the [censored] up whos talking tell them to shut tjr fick up and u give me ur undivided attention [censored] the customer they arent important

You just sound like a disgruntled employee. Here's the thing, as far as what you listed that needed to be cleaned, even if you have to do it yourself there was no reason at all for the soda nozzles to have mold on them. A piece of advice, if you are going to file a complaint with any agency, learn how to spell because looking at your post there is a number of spelling errors and there isn't a single agency that will take you serious with that many spelling errors.

Circle K unauthorized credit card charges

I attempted to obtain $20 gas and a $.99 drink= total $21.07
arriving at the counter w/attendant, the card machine was down and attendant had to recover the machine before I could process my card, I waited, machine came up and I inserted my card, the cashier did not ask me if I wanted a receipt, he just hurriedly walked away- I thought that was very suspicious. There was another attendant, so I asked him to please give me my receipt. I went back to the car to pump the gas and the pump #5 had a previous amount on it for $13 and change. It would not clear, So I went back into the store to the cashier. I asked him to clear the pump #5, I did not pump any gas. He asked me for my card again to put it through for a credit. I did not want a credit, all he had to do was to clear the pump so I could pump my gas. He was very strange and insisted on putting my card back through. I though him that I did not want a credit and did not have $40 (which would be double the amount while waiting on a credit return). So he and the other attendant stated that the charge would not go through, for me to check my account after
12 p.m. He made another separate receipt for the .99 drink. So I waited until after 12 midnight to check my account and the charge is still there. So today 7/18/2019 A.M. I return back to the store to speak with a manager and he stated that the charge would not come off until 24 hrs. I will wait and check my account again, but I wanted to notify you of this incident. I feel as though the cashier/attendant and the other attendant could have just re-set and cleared the pump #5 so I could pump my gas.
I remembered awhile back when the Chevron stations were pulling fraud incidents with the machines, you would put your card in and it would ask for your zip code and would stall, so you would have to keep putting your card in thinking that it did not process, but it did process every time, the cashier/attendant would not push the required button on the register to make it process, therefore causing all the card charges to process from our bank. I told this incident to my bank and they did a fraud investigation on the stations and behold it was indeed true, they were scaming customers on their cards and accounts. If you did not watch your account you would not notice the charges. So I feel as though this was another one of their attempts to obtain the customers charges. The pumps can indeed be reset- they have been done before, these employees did not want to do that. I thought was very strange. So I am reporting this to you as well as the corporate offices for Chevron. I will put this information on the social media to alert others of what is going on with the stalling of the pumps.

Circle K cashier working at 11am on 7/18/19

The person with me is 45 years old and looks it. His lisence is expired by a couple days and was trying to buy beer so because I was with him she wouldn't sell me MY cigarettes using MY valid lisence which I purchase at this location daily. I believe she was just trying to be mean and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. We are both clearly old enough to buy cigarettes and alcohol and I was only trying to buy my own cigarettes. This cashier was very rude and loud and I was very embarrassed by this situation. I am not a criminal and I did not appreciate being treated like that.

Circle K service/coffee

To begin with, I come to this location every morning for coffee and everytime I go in the hot latte machine either needs to be serviced or replenished, everytime I've asked either the manager or the woman whom primarily runs the food counter, I am given attitude as if I'm the one causing an inconvenience. And for over a month now the hot latte machine has been out of commission, or at least that's what the sign says. The woman (tall black lady) who is always tending to the hot food counter is rude every time we approach her.

Circle K service

You have a bunch.of kids running this location and they could care less about providing fresh coffee. Every time I go in their around 1:30 pm there is only dribbles of nearly cold, and muddy gray coffee. If I ask they will make a pot, but they look put out by it and I don't always have time. Can't you tell them to always have a new on on the go? It's like they make two at the same time then forget about it. I love fresh coffee, please help.

Circle K customer service

I stop at this gas station at least 3 times a week because of proximity to my home and I travel a lot. Each time I need to get gas they always claim to never have cash? How is that possible for a gas station on such a busy road. I had a 100.00 and needed 40.00 is gas. How can you run a business and not have 60.00 I'm change in your drawer? It's a constant problem so I guess I will need to start spending my money on several gas purchases a week at a different station, maybe the Sheets that is across the street.

Circle K customer service rep

I walked in around 2:05 a.m. to purchase cigarettes but before that i always get the cashier to do a price check on the biggest Beenie babies because I had one ring up for 4.99$ the other day so 25$ vs. 5$ heck yea I'm going to always check them. Tammy the lady at the register immediately got rude and was like they are 24.99$ I said will you still please check the price and explained to her I had purchased one for 4.99$ just the other day she responded with "well you shouldve brought it back" insinuating I stole it or switched the price tag because her next statement was just that. Then she goes on to say there is no way it rang up for that price I asked her if she was calling me a liar and she looked me dead in my eyes and said "yes". I walked out went to my car got a pen and paper walk back into the store wait in line and when it came my turn I asked her for her name and corporate number she responded then with she was going to call the cops. No reason at all did she have to call the cops on me when I was asking for simple information and was not at all in any way rude to this lady. Another customer was behind me and told her there is no reason for all that she just wants the information so she then goes to tell me the wrong information I walked outside and got the correct store address for myself. She told me also she was the manager and her name tag clearly says customer service representative. I think it is insane that I chose to drive 20 min to the closest store and didnt even purchase the items I needed because of her disrespect and attitude. I have worked customer service since I was 14 with a workers permit and that type of attitude is NEVER acceptable, , if she doesnt like her job she needs to quit because there are people out here that would love to have her position and would act accordingly to the standards. She definitely was out of line and going against store policy/procedure. I will NEVER BE BACK TO THIS STORE! And I will definitely be telling ALL - Facebook - SnapChat -Google - everyone I know - about my experience to be sure nobody has to go thru what I just went thru until she is dealt with in the correct manner this isn't the first time I have visited this store and every time this specific lady has the same attitude but this is the first time it was directed at me. I will not tolerate it and you guys have lost a customer for life due to one employee. I will no longer use circle k for any of my needs and will tell others to do the same as well.

She also came outside and took pictures of my car and my tag as I was writing this complaint because she seen when I took the picture of her and called me a [censored] and told me good luck because she was going to call the police on me...sad! I will sue if the cops pull me over because I took a picture and made a complaint because she was in the wrong and is trying to justify her actions.

Circle K chocolate bar

Bought two large Kit Kay chocolate bars open on the way home from Orilla to Midland my wife and I experienced a horrible taste we were half way home from Orilla to Midland decided to take to Circle K store in Midland we were told they couldn't do anything about the chocolate bars because they bought at the other Circle K store and would have to be returned to the other store which is one and half hrs there and back this is sad way to run a business wake up and smell the coffee

Circle K no refund

I went to the Circle K number MW_32
I said I want 8 packs of Marlboro lights, and she said you should just get a carton. I then asked if I would get the discount for 2 packs, and she said yes she rang up 11 packs of Marlboro. I pay for them and then look at my receipt. I said you charged me for 11 packs and she was not sure how to fix it. I then said just give me 8packs so she does a refund for 2 packs(not 3) 11-2=9 not 8. I went to car and realize she did not give me my 11.36 back. Went back in an told another lady because there was a line. The cashier that waited on me said she gave my money back. The other lady stated that if her drawer is over tonight they would let me. I was frustrated and did not realize that she just refunded( with no money )2 not 3. Now I am out about 17.00

Circle K store manager akeem

The general store manager at this store is absolutely rude, not only to some customers but to his employees as well. He stereotypes customers with tattoos and that wears certain clothing types. He is very rude to one of his employees in particular. She works overnight 5 nights a week. Ive over heard her asking for a store transfer in particular and he blew her off.. I saw her crying at the bus stop one morning so i asked her was she okay. She specifically stated. She is being picked on at work, she sacrifice leaving her 4 children at home alone all night, as she explained this to the manager and he seems not to care. She also states that she's scared to go to the manager above him as he probably wont believe her per "Akeem". She rides the bus to work, and her hours are being cut short because "Akeem" stated another employee works harder then her so she gets more hours. Akeem also discusses employees personal business and work related business amongst other employees. Which i believe is against company policy.

Circle K minors buying alcohol

I have seen many times minors being allowed to purchase Beer. The Asst. Manager Allen is the person that does this. I go into this store very offten getting gas at night time. This night I got a soda and while at the soda station Allen was making fun with a young man and I overheard that his ID was his older brothers. This is very inappropriate for a Asst. Manager.

Circle K store being locked

Every night this doors locked Yalta pound on the door and hope the attendance is there why is there not a buzzer on the door to be let in I understand having two employees cost too much money but if your advertisers 24-hours your door should be opened 24 hours I stood at the door in my local circle k last night for 45 minutes banging and yelling through the door where are your attendants sleeping

Circle K chocolate covered raisins

I went next door to my local circle k to get myself a snack for work. I checked out and was eating them at work when I bit down and hurt my tooth and cut my gums on what was a chocolate covered piece of wood. Now I'm bleeding from my mouth at work and wondering what the hell I just paid for! I'm not sure what kind of action needs to be taken but I demand some kind of reconciliation for this pain the ignorance of this company caused me.
