Cinemark – Immature management and staff

Apparently there is a social media platform where employees can share with each other. One employee made a comment regarding staff to another employee and friend who then turned rat and showed the comment to the staff member. Instead of being a mature adult and shrugging it off the staff member fired the employee who made the comment rather than telling the rat that taletelling is not rewarded and they need to grow up.
