I called for repair of my frig bcause it was not getting cold this was /sept/25 the tech came out said he could fix it then I never hears from him again he was also to fix my stand alone freezer he nerver looked at it I calledback because I needed my frig. Tghey told me that the acct was closed and my freezer was not covered but they took 300.00 out of my acct and now they have told me to file a new service call.

Desired outcome: FIX MY FRIGB. TGHEY TGOOK MY MONEY DID NOT DO NOTHIMG/
