Pretty typical basement repair (2 cracks and 30 tie rod leaks). I had 3 companies provide estimates and only U.S. Waterproofing took the time to do a thorough evaluation of the work involved. This evaluation resulted in additional tie rods leaks to be repaired. I all honesty, I wanted to do the repairs one time, so I was happy with the discovery of additional work. The technicians were professional, on time, and very thorough with their work. They took the time to review the work required and explain the process they would use. The work was successful as we received 2inches of rain the next day. I would recommend them for basement repairs

Our basement walls were unsightly with cement breaking down, due to dampness. The basement floor was then waterproofed all around the inside wall flooring. The sump pump was moved to another better location, and our good sump pump was used again, but the *** sump pump was included, too. It looks so neat and clean.*** was very informative and explained everything that would be done to remedy the situation. I asked for a recommendation for additional painting, etc., and *** was able to recommend ***, a friend who does wall repair, painting and electrical work, and it was a good recommendation. The work was done perfectly and at a fair price. We are very satisfied.

I cannot recommend U.S. Waterproofing high enough. They did a phenomenal job at my house fixing cracks in my basement wall, relocating the sump pump outlet pipe and installing a new sump pump. The gentleman who relocated the outlet pipe from the sump pipe also did work that he didn't need to do. The pipes buried underneath the soil on the outside of the house had moved over the years so that there were gaps and leaks. This wonderful man replaced those pipes for me and buried them very nicely again. He also identified and fixed an additional crack in the basement wall that the first crew didn't notice. I recommend this company very highly and will not hesitate to use them again.

We had a fantastic experience, from beginning to end! The entire time, we felt informed and taken care of. The consultation was a few hours because the rep took his time to explain to us how a drain tile system works and why we needed one. He was so thorough and patient with us. The follow-up before installation was very professional. The installation crew was on-time and worked really hard to get our job done in 2 days. I can tell this company cares about their customers, and focuses on providing excellent customer service. We received two other quotes that were higher and frankly, they were not as professional. So glad we went with U.S. Waterproofing, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We needed a back-up sump system. After doing my homework, I still had a few questions which were answered politely over the phone. The sales person came on time for his appointment and explained everything thoroughly. The installation time frame was honored and the installation completed in a timely, competent, and courteous manner. *** Waterproofing sump back-up system is proprietary and carries a warranty that is longer than most with better coverage. All in all, the website was very useful and the professionalism of each of the company contacts was outstanding...and although I have confidence in the product installed, I hope there is not a power outage long enough to push it to the limit...but I think I'm ready if there is.

Peter and team did a fantastic job on seepage repairs in the basement of my home. Peter provided best-in-class customer service throughout the process. He explained the work clearly and completely and was available to take my calls and answer my questions even after regular business hours. Peter's dedication to customer support is extremely rare and is very impressive. The crew did an outstanding job on the work. They were prompt, very clean, worked extremely hard and did top quality work. In addition, there were no surprises during the process - Peter and team had thoroughly explained how the work would be done and what to expect. My experience working with Peter and the team was extremely positive. I highly recommend Peter and US Waterproofing.

We recently had our sump pump drain buried and routed to the storm drain at the back of our yard due to constantly wet areas in our yard and drainage issues. The team that came out from start to finish were courteous and informative. Each person that scheduled with us was on time. The day of crew that did the work really did a nice job of replacing the dug up sod and cleaning up.. it was like they were not there. The crew had to dig a little into my neighbors yard to get to the storm drain, they were respectful of their property and you cant even tell they were in their yard. The work was done a few weeks ago and our yard no longer has standing water and the sump pump works much less due to it draining properly. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

We recently had water in our basement for the first time in 15 years, after a significant amount of rainfall. I had a competitor of U.S. Waterproofing come out to *** our issue and they gave me an estimate of $17,000 to fix our problem. *** with *** Waterproffing came out for a second estimate. He spent several hours over two separate visits, testing various spots around our house with a hose. He eventually found a spot on the side of our house that needed to be sealed. It was a $10 DIY remedy. He wouldn't accept payment for all of his time and said that he was just happy we were able to figure out the problem. I will definitely call U.S. Waterproofing in the future if we have any other water issues. They are honest, helpful, pleasant, and super knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!

I'm in the so far/so good category of reviews. I can't review a 'forever fix' but we have not had any leaks or drips or water thus far. What I can attest to is the professionalism of the crew who came to waterproof the basement. Initially, the salesman came to the house and explained everything including the estimate; then a 'scout' crew came to look at the basement and see what had to happen; then, a *** came and checked out the footings; then the electricians came to put in electric for the sump pump. Finally, the 5 man crew came to the house, put in the sump pump, dug out the base of our walls and put in drainage tile; they recemented over the tile. The team was polite, knowledgeable, and they cleaned up beautifully after they left. The two days went well and it looks great! Nice job US Waterproofing!"

My house is 20yo and I had 3 cracks with minimal water if any. I wanted a quote to see the cost and waited a year before I had the work done. I wanted this done to seal and prevent and further cracking or water for the health of my and should we ever sell, the warranty transfers. The work was done well and the worker was informative and hard working. The only thing I did not like was the constant cold calls during the time I waited to have the work done. I was trying to save up the money to do the work, and then when the time came the price increased which was annoying since I was already quoted. They did negotiate a better price near my original quote. The cold calls though needed to stop especially since I repeatedly asked them to stop calling me is my reason for 4 out of 5 stars. The work itself is 5 out of 5.

Had the following done in August . An Interior Drain TileSystem, a Hero *** Sump System , a Forever Flow Drain Tile, a Dry Liner Wall Encapsulation and a Boss *** Battery Operated Sump System. After the Severe Storm that we had that quickly dumped an enormous amount of water last week without a drop of water in the basement. I Happened to see an ad for U.S. Waterproofing and I figured it's about time I should write a review. The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Including them coming out for a follow up a year after it was completed to see how things are going and review with me how to maintain a sump system. Everyone was polite, courteous, thorough, and professional. You would have to see it to Believe how hard their crew worked! You pay for what you get and they are the best at what they do! Great Job Guys!

In June U S Waterproofing sent their trained inspector to my home. This inspector carefully looked inside and outside my home. He sai his company would repair my problem and we signed his computer with a deposit taken and a date of service agreed upon. U S Waterproofing later sent me papers, a estimate sheet and exterior service specications, signed by their insector. I considered this a contract with U S Waterproofing. The company NEVER showed upon the date of service agreed upon or called or wrote! I called them a week later. They REFUSED to let me talk to anyone but the operator. The operator told me U S Waterproofing had cancelled my contract without notice or reason given. They said they would eventually send back my money. This unreliable company kept my money for a time and refused to say they won't follow thru on this contract,threrfore not letting me hire another company. I feel they treated me badlyI IRRESPONSIBLE!

We recently purchased a home and needed to repair a foundation crack that was leaking. We heard good things about *** Waterproofing and called them to take a look. *** came out and investigated the situation and proposed a course of action that seemed logical and less intrusive than what we expected. Within 4 days of taking possession of the house a technician arrived and took care of the problem. There hasnt been a drop of water in the crawl space since the application. The house also had a sump pump with a pump motor that was installed ~10 years ago. We called *** again, who checked it out and gave a quote for the job. We scheduled the installation of a new pump, and a battery back-up system which we didnt have, and his crew showed up the week after, right on time, and were finished when they said they would. We are very happy with the professionalism of *** and his colleagues at *** Waterproofing and the excellent results for both projects.

If you like waiting and overpriced, this is the company for you!We scheduled an appointment for *** AM for an about 3 foot tall foundation crack. By the time it was 11, no one was here. I called the number on the website to ask where the person who would give me the estimate was. About 20 minutes later, he calls and says that he was supposed to be off that day, and was given my job out of the blue. So about an hour later, he shows up. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and told us that it would be $750 to fix the crack. He also said that it would take 2 weeks minimum for someone to come and fix it. So we say well think about it, and contact someone else. He comes, gives us a price of $250, and does the same exact thing they do. He did it on the same day as well. I keep getting calls and emails from *** Waterproofing daily asking if Im sure I dont want them to fix my crack. I told them that it was already fixed, but they still keep emailing me. So overall, theyre pricey and take a while to do anything.

Appreciation and a job well done from polyurethane services completed last Friday, July 2nd by *** and ***. The professionalism and honesty that they demonstrated made me feel at ease as a homeowner with a confirmation that I not only made the right decision to move forward with the work but also selected the right company to do the job. The addition of consultation services along with concerns was appreciated where I didnt regret spending the extra funds than the initial estimate. Great personalities and both the front as well as back of the property was cleaned upon completion of tasks which I commented that it didnt even look like anything was done because the team was extremely neat. I thought it was important to take the time to share good deeds. Often at times, it very easy to point out mistakes or mishaps, however, equal efforts should be shared to highlight successes. Again, thanks for the fabulous experience from the team. As we continue collectively to navigate during these unprecedented times, I wish all U.S. Waterproofing employees and their families safety and good health. Thanks!

We have had U.S. Waterproofing out several times for different problems over the years we have lived in our home. A few weeks ago we got a call about a 1-year inspection of the last work they had done. This had never occurred before. We agreed to have the company agent come because he did know all the details of the work. On the day he came he looked over the previous work and asked about results of other work they had done. The visit seemed very unnecessary and just a little forced.Since that time we have gotten a call asking about the work "proposed" at the inspection. Today we received a contract with an "estimate" due for some concrete raising we had NOT talked of doing. It was quite a surprise and we thought unethical. WE HAD NOT ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR ANYTHING. If the company is trying to drum up business they should have said so. We are very angry and feel U.S. Waterproofing was not being honest about the intent of the agent coming to our home. *** was listed as the "advisor." Because we had not been having any problems and did not ask for an "advisor" to come into our home we wonder if this company is the trustworthy one we used in the past; this visit, followed by a contract sent to our home, makes us uncomfortable. We will think twice about using them again even though their earlier work was always very good. It was an outright lie that he just came to inspect the prior work. We should have just hung up the phone.

U S waterproofing has not provided any proof that they sealed the correct crack where water is still coming into my crawl space. water is still coming in and i have been unable to use the warranty. they said they would provide picture proof but have not done it.

I hired US Waterproofing to seal two cracks in the crawlspace under my dental office and to replace the underground discharge extension from the sump pump. I gave them a deposit of $950. They came out 12/20 and sealed the cracks but could not replace the discharge extension due to the ground being frozen. They rescheduled for 3/2 but contacted me the week before saying that they could not get approval from the *** Instead of trying to work with the *** they bailed on completing the job and informed me that I now owed them an additional $355 for the crack sealing. After waiting for them for three months, they left me hanging. I had to scramble to find another contractor to complete the job. I have expensive dental equipment in the crawlspace that could be damaged if it flooded due to spring rains. I am very dissatisfied and feel I should be given a refund due to the inconvenience this has caused me.
