In Aug 7,2025, without any notice or my knowledge, CIBC branch in Pitt&Second St, Cornwall made a debit of 384.23 from my checking account # 010 8199736 with only description: "Bank transaction-Memo transfer IBB-Pitt&Second Street Banking Center".
Early Sept 2025, I've sent the complaint letter to your Complaints Department but did not receive any reply since.
