They rip me off on my credit cards and don't give me the 15,000 points bonus. Then they hang up on me OVER AND OVER. I think the French ALWAYS hang up on ENGLISH speakers. They also upgraded me to another AEROPLAN but charge me $139 even though on the website it's supposed to be WAIVED! But they say "the upgrade DOESN'T WAIVE THE FEE". PATHETIC. They hate their customers!

Recommendation: STAY AWYA FROM CIBC
