**Extremely disappointing experience with Fury Motors.**
My family and I have done business with Fury since Tom bought Trail Dodge, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
I brought my **2025 Ram 1500 3.0L** to Stillwater Fury after it developed a front-end clunk, multiple warning lights, and began driving as if it were stuck in 4-low. I also discovered an oil leak. Fury had the truck for about a month. **I had to call every week for updates because no one was proactively communicating with me.**
They eventually told me they replaced the batteries, oil pump, and gaskets. When I picked it up, the truck still had a significant delay when accelerating and was still leaking oil. The odometer showed essentially no additional mileage, so it appeared the truck had not even been properly test-driven after the repairs.
I contacted South St. Paul Fury, where I originally purchased the truck, and arranged for them to pick it up. While a **Fury employee was driving my truck to the dealership, they were involved in an accident that totaled it.**
From there, the truck sat at Fury's body shop from **April 21 to June 4**, then was transferred to another repair facility because of frame damage. I received very little communication throughout this entire process. I had to make countless calls and leave numerous messages just to get information. I was repeatedly told they were working on a way to “make it right.”
When I was finally told the truck was ready in September, I contacted Yogi because I believed we were still working toward a resolution. Instead, after finally reaching him, I was essentially told that the truck belonged to the bank, I had no loss, and **there was nothing Fury needed to do except have me pick it up and return the rental.**
That response was extremely disappointing.
I wasn't asking for special treatment. I wanted **communication, accountability, and someone at Fury to take ownership of the situation from beginning to end.**
Fury couldn't resolve the original mechanical problems, and while the truck was in their possession, their employee totaled it. After months of waiting and being told they would make it right, I was ultimately told to pick up the truck and deal with the problem myself.
**After years of being a loyal Fury customer, this experience has completely changed my opinion of the dealership. I expected much better.**
Claimed loss: 1500 was in a wreck they had to bend frame and replace part the dealership did
Desired outcome: The best outcome, in my opinion, would be for Fury Motors and Stellantis to take responsibility for what happened and allow me to **end my lease without penalty**, with any remaining lease obligation or negative equity resolved by them.
