The Schauble Team were very professional. When I was looking for property or a hose, Steve Schauble, the realtor, was attentive, but never aggressive. As a first time purchaser, he was knowledgeable and available. Nick Schauble, the transaction coordinator, kept me up-to-date and was available to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend The Schauble Team.

Steve helped my wife and I through the process of purchasing a building site of our future home. His past experience and knowledge as a contractor put our minds at ease once the site was selected. His clear and concise communication throughout the transaction helped tremendously and we greatly appreciate the time he invested in us. We definitely highly recommend the Schauble team.

Steve is an amazing patient sweet person. All I had to do was sign paperwork while the Schuable Team did everything thing else. Steve made it very easy to continue on with my everything day life while behind the scenes he and the team worked very hard and very quickly to get the property sold. The team is professional and goes above and beyond the call of duty. We had emergencies when closing and Deb/Schauble team helped us face those hurdles head on while making us feel like everything was fine. I'm so grateful that we were referred to this team. Lindsey was awesome to work with! We were driving into the Los Angeles area from our other home in San Francisco, and we were looking for a small place to land when we come back to California for work and to see family and friends and there she was to respond to us! She met us on our timetable and showed us a few places in Los Angeles very quickly! She always responded to emails and text messages in a very timely manner. We recommend her highly and would use her again!

My gut says Christine Schauble does not even deserve 1 star. During closing she demanded $6000 for an upgrade repair to the home which we were selling. She was very degrading and unprofessional to our family and our realtor. Christine was unwilling to compromise and did not follow the inspection agreement. If we had the financial resources, our lawyer told us we could have sued her. I would never deal with her and her family again in any realty contract.

Christine and her whole team did an excellent job selling our house. They gave good advice on getting it ready to show and were very transparent on costs and the process. Our house sold quickly (6 days) and someone from her team reached out nearly every day letting us know what was going on and what to expect next. The whole process was smooth and made selling our house a much better experience than what we thought we'd be in for. I highly recommend them.

Steve Schauble helped me with a real estate purchase and I am very pleased with the service I received from The Schauble Team. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner, offered digital signing when I could not be there in person, and took care of all everything along the way. This experience has been beyond our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the new house. Brooke and the whole Schauble Team were there for us every step of the way. Brooke answered all of our questions even when we felt like they were silly, and being first time home buyers we had a lot of them. Steve was amazing to work with and extremely helpful! He provided insight and legitimately wanted us to love the house we choose. He wasn't just trying to sell a house. He pointed out any problems he saw and for that I am grateful. Would highly recommend working with Steve. Nick was prompt when answering any questions we had and never made us feel like a burden when asking. Always kept us up to date as best as he could. I know if we ever buy again I'd go through this team a second time.

Steve, Deb, and the Schauble Team truly cared about our interests and house hunting experience. It took us a few months to find the home that was right for us, and they were nothing but kind and patient throughout the entire process. With the housing market as crazy as it is, they were always available for day of listing viewings and made sure we saw every home we were interested in. Steve was so amazing and is one of the nicest person I have ever met! His expertise, patience and guidance helped me with making the right decisions. I feel that he truly cares for his clients and the way he treats them is amazing. He provided an honest opinion and gave plenty of space. Strongly recommend Steve Schauble. I had several realtors over the last two years with me looking for my dream home. Steve was recommended by a former client who ensured me that he will do everything possible to help me get my home. When I met Steve I already had a preapproval from another bank. I told Steve I want to buy a home by September 2022. My first encounter with Steve, I felt his heart for compassion to help his clients. He was very knowledgeable, educated, and patient. Steve assured me that he will stay in contact with me even after closing. Steve assured me that he will do the best he can to make sure I get what I want. Within one week, I found a house and I put in my bid. I had some conflict with my preapproval with another bank and Steve referred me to Jeannie Smith. I know through the grace of God, Steve and Jeannie worked constantly together to help me get my approval for my dream home. I started this process on July 5, 2022, and I closed on August 26, 2022. I had a lot of hoops (unknowing) I had to go through; however, neither team player gave up on my dream. I remember Steve asking me if I want this home and I said yes and moved forward to connect me with a new loan officer, and all parties stayed connected via email, text, or phone. Needless to say, I am a first-time homeowner and I most definitely will refer the Schauble Team/Keller Williams Premier Realty to other clients who have any doubts about being a homeowner.
