This company is a scam. Once you order on auto ship you can NEVER cancel. If you call they put you on hold and they never answer if you call back. Use another phone line, they put you on hold an disconnect you. Respond to their email they don't answer. They keep sending their product and keep charging your card. I called my credit card company and they are blocking them from charging me. All over the internet people with the same complaints. I liked the product but I don't need it repeatedly. What a shame to cause people such grief and force you to keep accepting their product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Terrible Company
This company is unbelievably bad. This product is a good idea in theory but looks caked on. Then they won't let you return this snake oil even if it is unused. I got into a dispute with Visa about it. Only order this product if you are looking to set money on fire, be aggravated and look overly made up while doing this. I have nothing good to say about this company or their product. Good riddance!

OMG! Did I make a bad decision to order Christina's product? I have ordered thier product by phone after watching their TV commercials. I have not talked to the real person but just the machine with my orders. I expidite the delivery by adding more money for the shipment. It says I will recieve it in 2 business days. Two days has passed and did not recieved the product yet. They've already taken the money in my dbit account. I went online to check if I could at least e-mail them, but there is no way I could do it. Custumer service only serve for orders but not concerned questions from customers. I guess this is only the only way I couold get their attention. I read the comments and it is scary. Hope their experience will not happened to me.
i love the look that it gI'ves me maybe try using a Lil less on your face. Advice Review and Taken
After reading all the reviews and complaints I want to say thank you for taking the time to post your experiences with this company. From what I a reading very few of you were upset about the product more so the customer service and the refund or unauthorized charges on to their bank account. Since I still really wanted to try the product but not get ripped off at the same time, I decided to purchase a pre-paid credit card to order the make-up. This way if I love the product all I have to do is load more funds on the card and they can withdraw it from there. If I hate it I will cancel it but if they give me hassle on the cancellation I will not worry because as long as there is no money on the card Christina Cosmetics cannot take anything that don't belong to them. I just wanted to share this advice in case someone like myself really wanted to try the product but didn't because they don't want the automatic charge to their account. Hope you find this helpful

I ordered Perfect Pigment on Wed. morning. I tracked it a few minutes ago and even tho New Year's Day was Thurs., it is out for delivery today. Pretty fast coming from Calif to Mass.! Now...I hope I like it. I called Cist Service on Wed evening to be sure the order was OK after reading all the negativity, cust. service answered within a minute.
Ordered this product online this mourning, have since read several complaints. Tried to contact the company to insure that i would receive my order and what the exact charges would be. They say that you can cancel at any time, but when you go to there website, there is no link to do any of that and when you call the company you can not speak to any one, there is no link to cancel this product, and that scares me because they now have access to my account and withdraw any amount of monies they wish even if it overdraws my account
I disagree with most of the comments...the negative comments. I haven't had any trouble with the product, customer service, shipping, etc. I had the product in my hands on Christmas Eve day after ordering only 4 days prior, I spoke to 2 customer service reps (for reasons that didn't have anything to do with the product, but my errors), both were very nice & helpful & I love the product!
If you don't want Auto Delivery, don't order with Auto Delivery. They have a one time only option online, yes, it's a little more expensive, but then you don't have to worry about enrolling in Auto Delivery. Also, if you don't like a product and they offer a money back guarantee, send it back! A company cannot know if you're dissatisfied with a product if they don't hear from you to return.
I'm sorry that some of you seem to have had trouble with customer service, I have never had trouble. There have been times when I've called and they have been busy, but I leave a message and they get back to me by the end of the day. I've submitted online customizations to change the frequency of my shipments as I do not go through the product every 2 months, I'm more of a 3-4 month use kind of girl. I know many of you may be leery, and I understand that not all products are right for every one. What I always recommend to anyone planning on making an online purchase or TV purchase is that they read the terms and conditions before placing the order. Christina Cosmetics spells out their terms very well and does give an option for the one time only orders (although, it is a higher price) they do offer a 60 day return policy for the first kit. note, that not all people who are complaining have a valid reason for complaining, plenty of companies do not allow online cancellations.
I just saw the infomercial and was going to order; then I did a search for reviews. After reading these reviews, I'll stick with QVC where I know I'll get good service.
I ordered the product and actually liked it but did not need the recurring product every 2 months. I tried to cancel and could never get anyone on the phone. They kept charging my account. I finally had to cancel my credit card and they sent me a bill in the mail saying I owed more money. Very poor customer service. I would have been a loyal customer but they lost my business. Buyers beware!
I would never order from a company who isn't service oriented.. beyond, have enough confidence in their product to not strong-arm you into locking into an auto delivery plan with no way out. I don't see a cancellation area on their website. That speaks very poorly for them and their confidence in the product as well as customer satisfaction. In this day and age any company should take care of their customers with NO hassles period! Look around you. Every other company allows returns and cancellations if a customer no longer desires to receive a product. Any reputable company would not force a customer to keep ordering their product with no cancellation. No.. I would never order from this outfit. If you read the ratings on the product, it's not very good. I think they're scam artists, not makeup artists. Steer clear folks.
My suggestion, not that any of you need to take it. I use PayPal for just about every single purchase I do online. They are VERY good at getting refunds, cancelling automatic payments, etc... If I don't get a product, I get refunded, this has happened to me on Ebay. I'm interested in purchasing this make-up, but I definitely do not want to do "recurring payments". I'm thinking of just doing the "One time order", yeah, it's more expensive, but I don't wear make-up that often and if I like it a lot, I can then decide to do the recurring payment. I did try to find this make-up on Ebay, but no such luck. On a side note, if you are getting a person that isn't helping you and you ask to speak to their manager, they are supposed to do that, not that you can make them, but also remember you can report them to the Better Business Bureau. Trust me, no company wants to be on the bad side of the BBB. Good luck to all! I still have not decided if I'll get it or not, but I admit, I am really interested after seeing the infomercial.
MISLEADING RETURN POLICY ON LIVE ADVERTISING AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I recently purchased the advertised Christina Cosmetics compact which promised a 60-day money-back-guarantee. The make-up did not work for me so I decided to return it and was in no hurry because of the highly touted 60-day money-back-guarantee. When I was ready to return the product, I did not see any return address on the invoice so I called the 800 number which is also not on the invoice but luckily, because I saved the "terms of service", I found it there. No one answered my first or second calls. Finally a few days later I called again and when no one answered and I got the usual voice message stating that I was either calling after hours or they were on the other line. At this point I was frustrated and kept hitting redial. Finally someone who gave her name as "Melissa" called me back. I informed her of why I was calling and she paused for a moment and informed me that my order was past the 30-day return policy. I told her I thought it was 60 days and she told me that it was definitely 30 days because I purchased a one-time order and not the auto-ship. Now even if this was the policy, I was only 3 days past the 30-day cut-off date and I would've been within the return period if they had returned my earlier calls! When I asked to speak to a supervisor, this "Melissa" informed me that she was the supervisor and that no considerations would be taken in my situation. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! NOWHERE IN THE COMMERCIAL DOES IT MENTION A 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE - IT ONLY STATES A 60-DAY MONEY-BACK-GUARANTEE! THIS AMOUNTS TO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! ...by the way, buried on the "Terms of Service", 9 paragraphs down is an explanation of the 30-day money-back-guarantee.

Poor customer service - took debits but never sent product - took 2 debits each time – never changed address change after reported – refused to refund money or send new product.
My advice - Do NOT subscribe to this mail order make up service. In my instance they debited funds from my account twice per month, but I never received any makeup. I would call and told they would take care of it, but it was never corrected. I called to change my address, and no one recorded the change in the record. The post office told me they informed them of my address change, and they never updated their records. They REFUSED to give me a refund even though they had take several debits over past months and I only received one makeup order.
If you must order from this place, then be sure to NOT use a bank ATM/Debit card. Instead use a credit card so that you can protest the debit and reverse the payment if you do not receive the make up. As I learned, if you use an ATM/Debit card then there’s nothing you can do to get your money back. If they take money from my account one more time, then I feel like the only thing I can do is to change my bank account and close this account so they cannot steal from me one more time.
The representative claimed she had no records of phone calls from me. What an incompetent staff, when I have called about this more than once trying to rectify. I also had changed my address by phone – and the representative said she was not showing a change, plus they had not received any returns. I don’t believe them – not for one minute. Either their record keeping is awful, or their software where they keep addresses is inadequate, or someone on that staff just didn’t take the time to do their job!
The representative had the nerve to be insulted that I was upset with her (when I called again after several previous calls) about them continuing to take money from my account. She said they sent out the make-up and it was not returned so I must pay for it. Most companies I order from online have policies to address these types of situations instead of being so money hungry that they feel like they have to steal from people without providing any product.
I used their “so-called” update function on their website to change my order. I even captured the screen shots that show that they responded that my order had been updated. But when I called the representative she claimed that I had submitted a second order. Clearly their site is inadequate and not processing properly. No one previously said anything about me having two orders.
I ended up terminating the service since I have received only 1 order (which was the first order) and I NEVER received the new color that I had changed to using their poor website. In looking on the Internet I see that there are several other options for make-up and I intend to pursue one of the other choices, or only shop where I can buy in person at a counter.
The representative just kept lecturing me like a child about how she did not like what I was saying or how I was talking to her. Well, I don’t like how they stole my money and that they act like they have no responsibility to fix the problem.
SHAME ON this company for stealing from me. And SHAME ON them for not even trying to work with me after I had reported my problem several times. I am unemployed and they just keep taking money from my bank account despite my efforts to stop them.
I asked them why would I want more than one complete package of make up in the same month? I could see someone perhaps buying two colors, but buying two complete sets of everything each time – who does that? The representative said lots of people do. I don’t believe her!
I intend to tell everyone to STAY AWAY from this company unless you have money to burn and don’t mind not receiving the product or don’t mind having your money taken with no product received and don’t mind poor customer service. Besides that – the make up was not that good. I was not at all pleased which is why I was trying to get a new color to see if that would make a difference.
Don’t be fooled by any positive reports that may show up about this company. I’ve learned that most companies have their staff submit positive reviews when they see negative reports appear on the Internet. Trust me – I’m not making this up. Stay away! Don’t be fooled by the infomercial with all the smiling nice people promoting the product. Those are not the people you will be working with through customer service if you have a problem.
REQUEST - If you have had a bad experience with this company, please don’t just shrug it off. Instead take a few minutes to write up your experience and post it somewhere on the Internet. Whether it was poor customer service, non-delivery, unauthorized debits, unable to cancel, or you just didn’t find the make-up lived up the hype. Take the time to tell your story. If enough of us complain maybe someone at the head of this company will get the message that they need to make some improvements. Help the other unsuspecting women out there who have been drawn in by the infomercial to sign up. If you do an internet search with “ Christina Cosmetics ” and complaints – you will find that there are many people who are complaining and we need everyone to report so the truth is widely shared.
Customer Service misrepresentation
This company appears to have a good product, but good luck if you start ordering it and expect to just be charged the amount you think per the website. Customer service acts like they will promptly fix your order, refund your credit card, re-ship the correct product etc, but wrong. You have to continually follow up with them and eat the costs you've incurred without intending to. Then, you're also stuck with product you didn't want because you got your 'automatic' shipment sent to you too early. It's also impossible to find the part on the site where you can actually CANCEL your ongoing orders.
Not a great customer satisfaction experience. Now I realize how companies can scam numerous customers. They may not get repeat business, but they'll make money as long as people keep 'trying' them out.
Won't refund me my money
Not surprised to get online here and read all of these complaints that sound SO very similar to mine! I called in June 2010 to cancel my auto shipment with the company, unfortunately have a reaction to the Titanium Dioxide in the product. Agent tried to talk me into just suspending my shipments out 4 months but after I decided it was best to just cancel it she assured me I was all set. Low and behold I see a withdrawal for $47+ on my bank statement Nov 17th 2010, I call them the next day on the 18th and tell them I canceled the order 4 months prior and they were not authorized to charge my account and I wanted my money credited back. They proceed to tell me the order's already been shipped so they can't cancel it, even though I hadn't received the item yet, and that I'd have to call back once I received the items. I get the item the next day, Nov 19th, 2010, I immediately call them back. They tell me that since I was signed up for the auto shipment they do not honor refunds, all they can do is offer me back my product for $3, although it was their fault their agent incorrectly noted my account. MULTIPLE calls back to many different people I finally talk to "Amanda" beginning of December who tells me they will give me a refund minus the shipping, FINE- I'll take the $6 loss, just give me my money back. She tells me how to mail it and who to address it to, I send it certified mail and see it's been received on Dec 4th, 2010. Amanda also tells me it'll take 2-3 weeks for the refund. Now it's Christmastime, so I figure they're busy with business and orders I'll give them an extra week. I contact them beginning of January 2011 because now I haven't heard anything from them or seen a credit to my account. I call and get "Lisa" who tells me that they will not honor the refund, that "Amanda" (who no longer works for them) was not authorized to give me a refund, even though ONCE AGAIN this is the fault of their incompetent employees- NOT ME! I go round and round with Lisa, who by the way is VERY RUDE and she tells me I'll hear from a member of management in 24-48hrs, even though she can't give me ONE SINGLE name of ANY MANAGER so that I have a reference when I call back. Well guess what, 48hrs was up on Friday Jan 14th, 2011. It's now WEDNESDAY January 19th, 2011 and I'm STILL trying to get through to them. THIS IS RIDICULOUS and OUTRAGEOUSLY UNFAIR! They were NOT authorized to take further payments from my account, I sent the product back that they never should've sent out to me to begin with, and now I've spent 2 months trying to get my money credited back to my account! Something has to be done about this business/company, charges need to be pressed, something, ANYTHING! This is unfair!
3 months, sounds about right... They charged me back in Nov 2010 for a shipment when I told them to cxl any future orders back in Aug 2010. I've gone round and round many times with numerous different people, to ultimately get (Melissa it might've been) who got nasty with me, told me $19.95 was the final offer (for a $47 refund) and then she hung up on me when I told her I was contacting the BBB. Good Luck to you, I'm waiting to hear back from the BBB myself! You too should contact them, look them up online, in Camrillo, CA and it will direct you how to file a complaint, unfortunately just doing it on here will do nothing to make them change their business practices. If their BBB rating goes down due to all the multiple complaints then maybe something will finally happen for all of us that are having problems with this company!
I am also having a problem with these people. I am still waiting for a refund as well. When I call, they claimed that they did not receive the product back. I did mail the product back and thank god I paid to have the product tracked... I did give them the tracking number and now all of a sudden they now claim that they receive the product and I will have to wait for a refund. It is now going on 3 months and I still don't have a refund... I hate to be ripped off. It is the worst feeling in the world. Their cosmetics are terrible. This is why I sent the product back... If anyone see this message, do not do business with Christina Cosmetics. If you do you will regret it... Look on the internet. This company has alot of complaints already...

I love the Christina Cosmetics line and products, but they completely disregarded all requests I made to discontinue my automatic quarterly order. Every effort I made to cancel was met with an answering machine and no returned calls. They customer services is poor, if not non-existent. My account for an automatic shipment /order finally stopped when the credit card account they had been charging was closed. Now, years later I would like to use the product again but am faced with hesitation due to their unethical practices. Be advised they do not communicate with their consumers and will not honor your wishes to stop receiving their product, and charging your account.

i also agree i told them back in April the 30 that i didn't want any more of this makeup, its good but i don't wear makeup like that, so i told them..DON'T SEND ME ANY MORE UNTIL 12/30/2012..so do you know what they did they billed me any way and made my bank account over draft..so its a total of 54.95 cent well i contacted the .BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. and they will contact me in 14 days so all of you who have that trouble you need to get in contact with them they will help because this is ridicules, why is this company getting away with this ..i call no one answer its the same all day every day this is not how you run a business, this is the far MOST trouble i have had with any thing like this..well this is the last..and i will call my bank to stop a payment so they won't bill me any more they just lost a good customer.
Mega Rip Off
This company is truly a rip off. They are not customer friendly at all. Please do not be sucked in! The commercial sounds so happy and friendly and after all, she "says" she has celebrity connections... do we really know if that is true? I ordered the product, did not like it, tried to cancel, was told I would not be refunded. When I pushed back I was told "you might as well keep it - it will be cheaper because we will charge you a restocking fee and some other $20.00 fee" I was also told "remember that Christmas is coming up and you might want to keep it to give as a gift". What? Why would I give a gift of something that I do not like to someone I love? I am waiting to see how much I am being refunded and as I have noticed from other posts, it may not be cancelled yet will post an update later. I strongly do not recommend this product or this company to anyone. They will rip you off.

Cancelling autoship
I ordered this product. I really didnt care for it so their Customer Service info online says you must call them to cancel.
You call their 800 # and #7 is the option to cancel - well you get a recording every time that says they are having a high volume of calls, please call back at another time.
You keep doing this and never can get through to them.
I then picked #3 - change frequency of shipments - that is a recording asking you to state when you want it shipped (30 days, 60 days, 90 days, ect) - well I used the recording to say NEVER - CANCEL MY ACCOUTN AND SHIPMENTS,
Guess what - got a debit yesterday and a shipment arrived today.
So I sent them an email and also left recording on prompt #3 - to cancel -

i ordered this product and do not like anything about it including the rip-off payment rules that go along with trying this product. i have tried calling, faxing, writing, e-mailing, to no avail! since all they seem to offer me is a sure way to go BROKE! i have no other choice but to cancel my debit card so they get no more money. terrible product and customer service. maybe they will try talking to us when they dont get paid. doris altergott spokane washington
I need to cancel my Subscription please
I am also one of many customers who can't get a simple task done and that is to cancel an auto ship order by the instructions given by the company themselves. This is by all means bad customer service. I've called and called and keep getting the same recordings day after day. Very frustrating so I wrote a letter and sent 2 emails the reply back on each emails were identical responses and they were sent 10 days apart. According to the email someone should get back with me within 3 days. Hasn't happened. All I want is to stop all future orders that's all.
You cannot order their products without inadvertently creating a subscription.
You cannot log back into your account on their website and cancel this subscription.
They do not provide an email on their website that you can use to contact them other than an email address to order more of their products.
The only method of contacting them to cancel your subscription is by phone.
If you phone and tell them to stop sending you product, they will try to hard sell you into maintaining your subscription. Once you verbally confirm to them you have no interest in receiving any more shipments and they agree to stop, they will continue to send you shipments.
If you try to reply to the email they send you notifying you that they have shipped yet another unwanted supply of their product, you will receive an auto response telling you they do not reply to emails to that email account.
I called [protected] and waited for a representative to come on the line. I called at 6:45pm (EST) and only waited for about 30 seconds before I was talking with Annie (I asked her for her name). I said that I needed to cancel my subscription and she did try to keep me on as a customer saying they could change the frequency of shipments to every 9 months. I replied that it was just too expensive and that I really needed that money to go toward my monthly prescriptions for my brain tumor. I also have Fibromyalgia, so I was being honest. After hearing that, Annie went ahead and canceled my subscription. Before hanging up the phone, I asked for a confirmation number associated with this call and cancellation. I received a 6-diget number. I also wrote down the date I called. So hopefully if you're trying to cancel your subscription too, you'll have equal success. Just make SURE to record the date & time of your call, along with who you spoke with and a confirmation number regarding your phone call. Good luck!

FYI, I called and choose that I have a question about biking. After that I had the choice to hang up or talk to a representative. I waited then told them that I have had a major change in the house hold income for the unforeseeable furore. She seemed understanding and assured me it was completely cancelled but that I could join again in the furore if I wanted. The product was ok but I didn't think it was worth the price. I Have Been Trying To Cancel Shipment Of This Make Up For Months In The Mean Time They Keep Coming And My Account Is Being Charged (I Will Cancel Payment To This Company Today). I actually love the product, but experienced some difficulty with their "customer service" as well. All of the complaints I've read indicate the root problem is their lack of customer friendliness and response. A company doesn't stay in business long when it can't or won't satisfy it's customers. I'm using OTC makeup again..
Did not receive the product despite being charged
I am canceling my account with these SOB's. I've been on the automatic order program, and I really like the product, but their customer service is disgusting. I did not receive the last shipment. When I called them about it, they said that it looked like the shipment was delivered. They only ship with the postal service, which is so unreliable, and they don't request a signature for delivery, so the postman could just leave the package at your doorstep and scan it as delivered, even when it's not delivered to you. This is the only way Christina Cosmetics ship their product and they insist on using it despite the fact it's not reliable. They asked me to check with my local post office (like it's my fault and I had to fix it). I took time from my work and went to the post office twice, where they gave me the run-around. The post office would not admit their mistake, and Christina Cosmetics won't send me a replacement or refund me. I called them twice. The last time I was promised that they would talk to a supervisor and call/email me back. I still have not heard back from them, but I'm calling tomorrow to cancel and will dispute the charge with my credit card company. I feel like Christina Cosmetics is accusing me of lying, otherwise they would have replaced the lost shipment. I really don't have the time or the nerves to deal with them any longer. I don't want to lose sleep over makeup. Christina Cosmetics should not be in business with this horrible customer service. Please do yourself and your health a favor and stay away. They don't deserve your business.
I had the same issue with them last year. They charged me, but I did not receive the shipment. They were unwilling to send a replacement or a refund. They did not even offer an apology for charging my credit card and not sending the product. I did not wait months to do it. When it happened the first time I cancelled my account with them and successfully disputed the charges with my credit card company (thank you Capital One). Christina Cosmetics has a terrible customer service and they deserve to get out of business for their incompetence.

My advice - Do NOT subscribe to this mail order make up service. In my instance they debited funds from my account twice per month, but I never received any makeup. I would call and told they would take care of it, but it was never corrected. I called to change my address, and no one recorded the change in the record. The post office told me they informed them of my address change, and they never updated their records. They REFUSED to give me a refund even though they had take several debits over past months and I only received one makeup order.
If you must order from this place, then be sure to NOT use a bank ATM/Debit card. Instead use a credit card so that you can protest the debit and reverse the payment if you do not receive the make up. As I learned, if you use an ATM/Debit card then there’s nothing you can do to get your money back. If they take money from my account one more time, then I feel like the only thing I can do is to change my bank account and close this account so they cannot steal from me one more time.

I also had changed my address by phone – and the representative said she was not showing a change, plus they had not received any returns. I don’t believe them – not for one minute. Either their record keeping is awful, or their software where they keep addresses is inadequate, or someone on that staff just didn’t take the time to do their job!
The representative had the nerve to be insulted that I was upset with her (when I called again after several previous calls) about them continuing to take money from my account. She said they sent out the make-up and it was not returned so I must pay for it. Most companies I order from online have policies to address these types of situations instead of being so money hungry that they feel like they have to steal from people without providing any product.

But when I called the representative she claimed that I had submitted a second order. Clearly their site is inadequate and not processing properly. No one previously said anything about me having two orders.
I ended up terminating the service since I have received only 1 order (which was the first order) and I NEVER received the new color that I had changed to using their poor website. In looking on the Internet I see that there are several other options for make-up and I intend to pursue one of the other choices, or only shop where I can buy in person at a counter.
The representative just kept lecturing me like a child about how she did not like what I was saying or how I was talking to her. Well, I don’t like how they stole my money and that they act like they have no responsibility to fix the problem.
SHAME ON this company for stealing from me. And SHAME ON them for not even trying to work with me after I had reported my problem several times. I am unemployed and they just keep taking money from my bank account despite my efforts to stop them.

I intend to tell everyone to STAY AWAY from this company unless you have money to burn and don’t mind not receiving the product or don’t mind having your money taken with no product received and don’t mind poor customer service. Besides that – the make up was not that good. I was not at all pleased which is why I was trying to get a new color to see if that would make a difference.
Don’t be fooled by any positive reports that may show up about this company. I’ve learned that most companies have their staff submit positive reviews when they see negative reports appear on the Internet. Trust me – I’m not making this up. Stay away! Don’t be fooled by the infomercial with all the smiling nice people promoting the product. Those are not the people you will be working with through customer service if you have a problem
I ordered from Christina Cosmetics in February. When the shipment came, all that was in the box was the brush and instructional DVD. I called several times and they sent me a picture of my order before it left their facility. Since the box was open at that time who is to say when the compact, lipgloss and mascara were removed. After several calls with them refusing to refund my money I told the woman who I was speaking with that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I finally got a compact from them after they were contacted by the BBB. I never did receive the free stuff. Go figure. As a result of this experience I am hesitant to order online. I know I won't be ordering anything from Christina Cosmetics EVER again.
To say the customer service is disgusting is an understatement. I was actually hung up on because I told them what they were doing (taking money out of my account each month and not sending the product) was a crime. Has anyone filed a complaint with the California AG's office? I work for a large law firm in Texas and I'm considering a class action suit against them. Anyone interested? When I called back and got the same person who hung up on me I told her that she had messed witht he wrong person and she had not heard the last from me.
Refund Requested
I ordered my PerfectPigment kit in February, 2010. I didn't realize that I was on the automatic shipping list, which ships another kit every 60 days. (They don't make it exactly legible that you're going to be billed automatically.)
On April 5th, I was automatically sent another kit and billed $47.85. I immediately called Christina Cosmetics and canceled the automatic shipment program and received instructions on how to return the 2nd order I received, which I did within 2 days of the delivery.
Since I returned the product in April, I've made at least 10 phone calls to find out why I haven't received my refund, only to be told that it will take 10-14 weeks! I was extremely annoyed. CC's website states that a refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks. This is obviously a scam!
Needless to say, I have DEMANDED my refund and have told CC that I'm filing a complaint with the FTC and the BBB. This company will NEVER get my business again. I'm EXTREMELY upset and very disappointed at their tactics to keep my money after I've returned the product unopened! I followed their instructions to the letter regarding the return of the product, only to be kept hanging for 3 months!
Christina Cosmetics is a rip off and should be shut down for their deceptive practices. I will never again make a purchase without checking [redacted]s on a company.
God, Christina Cosmetics makes me ill. They are scandalous cheats and they do NOT care about the customer at all. They got their money and they will NOT refund you even if you do send the product back, which I did. I gave up on ever seeing a dime of the $47.85 they charged me, and you can bet I will NEVER order anything online again without reading reviews first. I hope they are sued some day for their fraudulent practices.

just got off the phone with christina cosmetics and they told me they would charge me a 10.00 restocking fee, not give back 7.95 shipping fee and I would have to pay to ship it back. what a scam the company should be shut down for cheating customers out of their money. Unauthorized cc Charge
I only purchases 2 item from Christina Comestics Pigment #3 and #2,
each indivdual order was to be one time only, I did not authorize to join any membership.
I notice my bank statement shows a unauthorized charges on my credit card for $21.40 on 10/28/09 and notice another charges of $21.40 on 11/01/09, I call and left voice message and receive no call back. The next day I call after several rings then message said sorry unable to leave message cause it was full.
I notified my credit card company and dispute the 2 charges not to allow anymore charges freom this company and I also sent her a letter and now waiting for her to response. I was not impress of her product make your face oily.

fraud/charged for something i didn't recieve
ordered a two products online. only rec'd one. called for two weeks and left messages on vm. finally called today to return the first product and get a refund for the product that i never rec'd. they refused to credit me for what they never sent. insisted on sending me out another one- and was told i wouldn't be able to return it. totally rude and harassment from 'the supervisor' who hung up on me, and when i called back let the call go to vm. filed a better business bureau complaint.

I actually liked the product but needed to change color. When I started to receive shipments of the wrong color I tried to call and cancel. I never agreed to monthyly shipements but they do not answer their phone I could only leave messages. This was in August of 2009 and I have left numerous messages and have not spoken to them once. They always seemed to call me when I was not home. I even left them my cell # but they left messages on my home phone. Since then it has taken me 5 months to get them to finally stop sending me the product and charging my credit card. I would leave detail messages of them sending wrong color and wanting to cancel and returning the product but they continue to send and charge my credit card. What a shame because I liked the product but due to their customers relations I now refuse to use.
I believe they need to have a phone where they answer it at the time you call and maybe all of the above could have been avoided.

Your story is in no way a representation of what Christina Cosmetics is about. I have been ordering Perfect Pigment for 4 years now and have never had such an experience. This is the best makeup I've ever tried hands down! I recommend this product to women of all ages. Christina Cosmetics is wonderful! i just ordered for the first time in august and i found out i was on a continuous program-- i called customer service and the girl i spoke with was so sweet and told me i could move dates around for when i receive the makeup and cancel if i ever feel overwhelmed. she was so helpful and sent me a free sample of an anti aging moisturizer after we had discussed how to help me get rid of under eye bags.
this company is not only sweet and helpful, but a compact, brush, concealer, lipgloss is all just 39.90 ! try getting all that from anywhere else.
also, the makeup is so gorgeous and makes me look 10 years younger with all the botanicals and minerals.! it had been hard for me to find a good color for my face seeing as i am italian and very olive. its gorgeous!

I purchased makeup from Christina Cosmetics several months ago and was signed up with a membership. I used the product with no complaint. I received a postcard from the company saying that they had an overwhelming response to their product so everything was on back order. If I wanted to cancel my order I could call. I called a got an answering machine. I let them know I wanted to cancel my order. My bank account was drafted by Christina Cosmetics causing an overdraft and 25.00 fees. I called and left a message that they needed to refund my money since I cancelled the order the day before. I got a voicemail confirming my cancellation. I got my order in the mail 3 days later and called again saying as soon as my money was refunded I would mail the product back. I have left messages three separate times since then and have gotten no response. They have not refunded my money. I tried to call and got a message saying they had new winter hours of 10AM to 3PM EST. I could not leave a message because the voicemail box was full. What kind of business shortens their hours when they are unable to even answer their phones or respond in a timely manner to their voicemail? I would advise anyone thinking of doing business with Christina Cosmetics to think twice. They have very poor, even questionable business practices. They are ready to take your money but if you have a problem they just ignore you. Having their makeup is not worth the headache if you get ripped off by them.

Horrible - this is a gimmick they make it impossible for you to cancel your order/subscription.
When you call their customer service line [protected], you get an automated system redirecting you to their website to place an order, customize your order or change your shipping. The phone then disconnects once the recording stops, so you do not get a chance to leave a message, speak to a person, or select another option to speak with someone.
When you go to their website, they tell you if you want to cancel your membership (which I didn’t know I had a membership) you need to call their customer service line, the same number that told you to go to their website.
The website strictly states you cannot cancel via their customize my order page, voicemail, email or letter, you MUST call their customer service line to cancel this subscription- so disgusted!
I called my bank to cancel my card so these crooks don’t get another dime of my money…

I actually like the product, and I USED TO like the way they handled customer service. The woman who handled it was always extremely helpful. I have remained loyal to them BECAUSE OF the personalized service (which I rarely require) - but, if I cannot talk to a person, FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING, I intend to cancel. This new thing of having no way to leave a message (they were always VERY prompt, and courteous about returning calls, ASAP), and shunting long-term clients off to an order form -- only allowing choices that do not have anything to do with what I wish to discuss -- makes them just like all of the other companies I avoid. If they want to 'blend in with the crowd', congratulations...you're doing a fine job; now we're just another credit card number to process. But, if they want to keep their loyal customers, they should rethink treating them like cattle. I won't stick around for it.

I have never had a problem with Christina Cosmetics before and I'm completely SHOCKED to see all of these negative comments! When I have needed to call into customer service they are always helpful and friendly. They customize my account whenever I need and I have NEVER Had them debit my account without me knowing. I have cancelled my account before and did NOT have any problem doing it (obviously the rep tried to explain why I should stay a rewards member, but I cancelled anyways). When I realized i NEEDED to come back the reps were helpful with letting me know about the newer kits and all the payment options they had ( every one of their offers come with a 2-payment option). I couldn't live without their makeup or skincare and its just really odd to see all these negative comments about a company I LOVE and have never had a problem with.

I just placed an online order for the Perfect Pigment kit….even after reading the negative comments, because the compact sounds perfect for my use & I want to give it a try. I made an error on the order form, so I called the Customer Service number listed in the 'Terms & Conditions' section of the site. I spoke with a very nice young lady, Melissa, & she took care of everything for me. She was so friendly & very helpful. I will update this comment when I receive my product & use it, but I just wanted to give Melissa the credit she is due ;)
Scam and cheating
I had heard about this product not much, but while I was working on the internet I happened to see the advertisement flash so I entered the web site to go through the product they send. After going through I thought to order some products, as I was always busy with work at home and children at home, I had no time to go out and shop. I ordered their product over the internet by filling a form and in no minute I also received the confirmation of the order placed. I was told that it would be delivered in 12 working days it was fine with me. 12 days passed and I did not receive the product, I was still cool that it might be some problem, but 22 days passed I did not receive my order and here now I could smell something fishy. My credit card was charged through pay pal and I submitted a complaint thru them and the result was in my favor. However I was advised, thru pay pal, that no funds were in Christina Cosmetics' account so they could not get me a refund. I have tried numerous times to contact them thru the phone no on the website and never get an answer. There is no email address to contact them through either.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Unauthorized charges
I called Christina Cosmetics on June 25, 2008 after receiving another compact to cancel any further shipments. I was accessing my bank online today and noticed that Christina Cosmetics had debited my account also throwing my account over with an overdraft charge.
When I initially called on June 25th, I had to leave a message on their voice mail. I called today, Aug. 22, 2008 and actually spoke to a customer service representative who in fact confirmed my call of June 25, 2008 noting that I was canceling future orders. I asked that they credit my account and also pay for the overdraft charge that they should be responsible for.
She stated they do not give refunds or credits back on consumer products. I asked to speak with the owner of the company and she said she would report my concerns to the owner of the company, but I could not speak to the owner or anyone in a management position.
I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for a check to cover the cost. This is a company without integrity if they do not care about the people who buy their product.

I had a positive experience with Christina Cosmetics. I too, ordered on-line, earlier this year. I read everything on on-line orders and was aware I was agreeing to automatic shipments. I was also aware that I could customize my orders to be delivered less frequently, according to my need and usage. I needed to cancel my membership last month and customer service helped with the cancellation and again. I am very pleased. I believe perhaps the company listened to complaints and made the necessary improvements. They have an excellent product without the mess of loose mineral make-up!
i purchased my first shipment on-line because i didnt want to deal with those annoying infomercial order takers who never stop at just what is shown on tv but continue asking you if you want an extra this or an extra that. well low and behold i got scammed again with auto- ship that i NEVER signed up for. This was my first time buying the product. I didnt know if i was buying the right shade or if i was even going to like the product. Why would i ever sign up for auto-ship? i didnt. And the tricky little thieves dont tell you that if you dont send the product back you will automatically be set up for another shipment. At almost $50 a pop it is alot of money. They debited my bank account without my knowledge and now im going to have to fight to get back what they stole from my account. Because i was unaware of the charge i got charged an insufficient funds charge of $27 to boot! Their customer service sucks too because they dont answer their phones. you have to leave your name and number and hope and pray they call you back before they charge you with another shipment. This company sucks! No integrity Christina!
