Chowkingincomplete delivery coz of the agent

So I called 9-88-88 to have food delivered as I was tired from work, I ordered to the agent named Kat and she's really in a hurry even so I still politely asked her to repeat my order and so she did so the rider came with incomplete order lacking Pork ChaoFan with chicken so I called 9-88-88 again only to find out that it's Kat who sent a wrong order to the store. I just wanted you guys to let Kat knows what she should do in business like this, she shouldn't be careless of the clients order coz the reason we order is because we don't have time to cook and we are tired to deal with [censored]s like this. Have Kat suffer or might as well terminate her.
