I filed a complaint last Mar. 5, 2024. I am following up on this issue, as it has not been resolved yet. It is important to note that even if I receive the SOA (Statement of Account), the issue itself may not be addressed. Could you please provide an update on the resolution process?

Below are the details:

" I am writing to report a discrepancy on my credit card statement. On February 24, 2024, I dined at Chowking Baliuag at 5:55 PM. I've ordered 2 Family Lauriat for 4 pax(which cost around Php 755 each order). The legitimate charge for this transaction should be Php 1,518, with authorization code 129117.

However, upon reviewing my statement, I noticed an additional and unauthorized charge of Php 1,000 with authorization code 031786. I have attached a copy of my transaction records for your reference.

I kindly request that you investigate this unauthorized charge and remove it from my account. I have already contacted the BDO Hotline regarding this issue."

Thank you for your time and assistance in resolving this matter.

Claimed loss: Php 1,000
