Me and my fam had Tony Roma's gift cards and we went to the place on August 1 to get some take out. But the waitress said they can't take the gift cards coz they got new management and the signs say they won't take gift cards bought before November . It was a bummer.

Me and my fam went to Tony Roma's on April 17th. We had a $75 gift card but couldn't use it. Our grub costed more than $100. The server gave us the head office digits, but the mailbox was full. We can't reach the "head office". A senior on a fixed income gave us the card as a Christmas present. I reckon gift cards don't expire or become null in Alberta.

I think that when you buy a gift card, it's like a deal between you and the company, not the owner of the restaurant. I don't know how they pay their bills, so that's not my problem. I thought that a Tony Roma's gift card should work at any Tony Roma's but maybe I'm wrong. Is this restaurant breaking the rules? Let me know.
Me and my kids was at tony romas yesterday and our waitress by the name Chris was very unprofessional. He smelled of Marijuana and even had the ordasity to ask if I smoked. Can not believe this guy. I asked him not to talk about drugs in front of my kids and he started mumbling about white privilege. Somebody better do something about this guy.
