Wrong product
Today, february 23, 2022 at 11:37, I ordered (chaofan) and 1 box of chocopao, for takeout at chowking, sm bicutan, bldg a. When they call my number, I grab the product and left.
At home, upon opening the box, I saw three chocopao? To my surprise, they are white. I am very much disappointed since my daughter only eat chocopao (from chowking).

Sunday February 20,2022 , this is not a kind of complaint but I just want to share my experience with them . Grabe lang kasi yung servicing nila sobrang caring nila lalo na yung mga nasa counter dahil pwd yung kasama ko sila na nag asikaso ng order ko at lumapit sakin for my order and aside from that sila na nag asikaso for me to help my mother para mag cr . sobrang nakaka touch yung gantong way of caring nila although its a part of their work but sakanila ko na feel yung caring and love unlike sa other fast food / store . so big ThumbsUp to them ! and I'll give them a 5 Star! Thank you Fcm chowking!

I ordered 1 wonton mami and 1 asado siopao, no drinks at chowking, kauswagan in CDO at 12:26pm.
After the cashier punched my order, I have also asked to that I would ask for chili-garlic paste.
A few minuted after, I already took my order. But, to my dismay, when, I arrived at our office, there were no spoon and fork, no chili-garlic paste that I have asked. And no asado sauce for my siopao.
In as much as I wanted to go back to your branch eventhough it's just a few meters away from our office, but, I couldn't do it since, I was too hot a while ago. I am also struggling to walk since, I just had an accident. So, I just looked borrowed spoon and fork from mga colleagues which I shouldn't be doing considerinf we are still in a pandemic and I should avoid using other people's kitchen utensils.
I hope you better orient your employees before fielding them. Or, you should remind them, every now and then.
Pancit canton is like instant noodles
Nag order ako ng pancit canton sa robinson pioneer chowking i expected yung dating lasa, pero ngayon yung pansit nya instant noodle, like yung pancit canton na niluluto na instant. At matabang, di nakakagana kainin.

CHOWKING Heart Center
I was at the branch February 9,2022 9:30AM. Lined up for orders. The Cashier was very rude asking if the customer in front of me wants to add drink or no, she was very loud and rattling the customer which looks a patient who was just trying to order ala carte. I know it’s their job to upsell but I don’t think it’s right to be that mean and scold at the customer knowing that your location is near the hospital, YOU SHOULD BE MORE KIND AND PATIENT. I also worked as a crew from fastfood chain, your crew here in CHOWKING HEART CENTER should show more manners and fix their tone of voice since they are working for customer service. I ordered for DINE IN and they served me TAKE OUT, i pull out all our order to eat at the table but the crew approach us and told us she have to get our orders back again because we cant eat with disposable utensils. This is a very bad experience, I hope you’d act on this.
The service and the incompleteness of my order.
I ordered chowfan meal today at Chowking Gaisano Grand Citygate Buhangin. It was take out because i need to hurried back at my office. Unfortunately when i was about to eat theres no utensils attached to my orders. It was very disappointing. My first order was not available but then it was offered in their menu board, when i ask for condimemts the cashier told me that it was not available.. Their cashier also was not friendly.

I ordered Chao Fan with Lumpia, Tofu and Wonton soup. The wonton soup has a fly in it! Disgusting! I took a photo and called their attention. They removed the fly wanted me to continue to eat the food they served!

Nagorder yung mama ko ng today (Dec 20, 2021) ng 2 Chao fan Family pan for take out sa Metroplaza (Malaria Branch) sobrang tagal ng order nya before mabigay then ang sagot sa kanya ng [censored]. Manager (Joeffrey) is wait lang po Mam, hintay-hintay din." Then paguwi nya pagamoy namin sobrang lasang sunog at amoy sunog like ang pangit ng lasa. I accompanied my mom na papalitan ang binili nya since it's so disgusting yung lasa then yung Sir. Jeoffrey ([censored] Manager) he didn't approached my mom in a nice way nakipagtalo pa sya then without even apologizing from the start. Nagapologize lang sya nung binigay nya na yung replacement na lasang sunog din. Super disappointed kami. 🙄🙄

Pork chaofan platter
I ordered 1 pork chaofan platter this morning via grabfood. Upon receicing the food from the rider I notice the food smelled "sunog". When we opened it and ate it, the smell was really burnt and the taste is lasang lasang SUNOG! Malamang nasunog ung sinaing na ginamit sa chaofan. Kaya kahit hindi ichurang sunog, amot na amoy at lasang lasang sunog! Sana naman ayusin nyo ung pagseserve ng food! Hindi panahon ng pag aaksaya ng pera ngayon!

Last night kumain kami sa Chowking Edsa Arayat i know naman na need magpresent ng vaccine card kapag magorder nasa bag ko kasi yung card and sabi ko sa cashier kunin ko after kung sabihin yung order ko ayaw nyang pumayag with a high irritated tone, magkaiba kasi ang dinig mo kapag irritated ang boses kesa sa high tone lang. so dahil ayaw kong makipagtalo sa kanya dahil may kausap din ako sa phone ko. and dahil nainis ako sa narinig ko i just get the card and just say anu ba yan? nainis ako ehh? and ng bumalik ako mas lalong tinaasan niya ako ng boses and say "kailangan kasi ng vaccine card eme eme ... GALIT KA PO MAM!?" ganyan ba magiging attitude kapag regular or senior crew ka?baka ireason nya dahil sa harang nyo sa counter as i said magkaiba ANG BOSES NG IRRITATED AND HIGH TONE LANG ..
Missing ordered item
I placed an order for total of 3 items for take-out. 1 order of pork chao fan and 2 orders of 2 pcs buchi. The take out order took too long so when they gave us my order, I didn't check the bag. When I got home, I only received 1 pork chao fan and 1 order of 2pcs buchi, while it should have been 2 order of buchi. So disappointed that it took them too long to prepare the order and they didn't even provide the correct orders.

Please orient the crew on how to deal with customer. Unfortunately one of the cashier[not sure with the name JOM-written on the receipt] were tactless and no respect to customer. He did not hear me right, instead of take out they serve the 3 meal[food] as dine in. I told the server that it was take out. I swear to God that I told him that it was take out. But he insisted and backing on me, while telling the server that they can charge on him. Please orient them them about good manners in dealing with customers. Thank u
