Went to the front office to sit down in the lobby to finish work . Ask Dora what was the Wifi for the hotel. She responded I need to be a guest. She seen me this morning and I was a little confused. I told her I was in room *** she said I need to see your ID and this is a policy. Well, she didn't ask anyone else for identification. This was not the protocol for sure. U went to get my key, and she pointed out the code. I got in late last night 6/6 so I didn't realize the code was on the front. Her attitude was bad and I will NEVER stay her again. Requesting a refund or partial discount for 1 night . due to If I could check out and get my money I would .

Claimed loss: partial discount n

Desired outcome: A call from owner or GM

She singled you out, gave you attitude, and played gatekeeper over basic WiFi like you were crashing the place — even after seeing you earlier and confirming your room. That’s not “policy,” that’s personal, and it ruined your stay. You're damn right to demand a refund — you paid for hospitality, not hostility.
