Chipotle Mexican Grill Uncooked food

I visited chipotle on january 22, 2010 with some friends for lunch. I have frequently eaten at this particular location at least 2 times a week. On this visit, I had to wait on the steak to finish cooking. However, the server was in a rush to get the food out, the steak was raw. It was red and the server argued with me that the meat was cooked and it was medium.

The supervisor/manager overheard the entire conversation and did not interject and resolve the situation.

I will not frequent this location for a while. They do not care about their customers or good customer service.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Horrible work environment and dirty cleaning habits

I worked for this company briefly at the location in avendale, arizona. The apprentice trainee melissa has zero skills at her job. She treats the employees like dirt. Not only that, but she serves expired chicken for lunch to her customers because she was concerned with saving money on food rather than the customers health. The red baskets that they serve their food in, are never sanitized. She never makes sure the emplyees wash their hands and reprimands employees in front of a line full of customers. She was a previous employee at another chipotle a couple of years ago, and was fired because it was not disclosed that it was her mother that hired her and her sister to work at that store. She waited for all old employees to leave before she reapplied for the positin neglecting to tell human resources that she was fired before for lack of ethics. And lying on her application. I would highly recommend not to eat in the unsanitary environment, and definitely do not seek employment at the avondale, arizona location at 99th & mcdowell.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Unsafe food

My daughter and I had lunch at this location on 1/4/09. It was the first time my daughter had been to one of Chipotle's restaurants. We both ordered burritos and dined in the restaurant. About half way through her burrito, my daughter bit into an extremely sharp rock that was in her burrito. The rock was between 1/4" to 1/2", in other words easily seen by those preparing the food. It is the most dangerous object that I have ever seen in any food. We immediately informed the staff at the restaurant. The manager was not present so we could not speak directly to them. We have followed up with the District Manager who directed their insurance company, Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc to contact us. To make matter worse, they offered a coupon for a free burrito. We have written to the head office in Denver, CO and have not even had the decency of a reply. This company does not have high food standards and does not care about the health of their customers.

Our food was ice cold and took so long to deliver. We couldn't eat it because all the ingredients were literally stuck to our bowls. We just want a refund. This is upsetting as chipotle has never done this before. We just want to have to taken care of so we don't deal with this kind of service again. If we can get a response that would be great.

Hi. I was hungry and craving Chipotle. I went to Chipotle and got myself a bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken and steak, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, avocado and apparently I also asked for hair. This hair did not belong to me. I am no longer craving Chipotle. I am actually very angry with Chipotle. HELP.

Why did you advertise free guacamole if you couldn't honor it my granddaughter tried placing an order online but could not get through on your website so I had to go in person to place her order I was excited to get free guacamole just to find out that was only if you ordered online seems like false advertising. It was just disappointing!

The staff was rude they didn't have rice ready the beef was very tuff to chew w I was very disappointed any other chipotle I've been too was great put this one it blow my mind that the service was so bad

I ordered a Bowl delivered by door dash -so I paid $20.00 for a bowl. The carnitas had so much fat on it, I couldn't even eat it. And, the side of queso was curdled, so I could eat that. TERRIBLE FOOD

Hi,

I bought veggi bowl from chipitle in las colinas irving texas. They were out of most of the product. They didnt have enough beans. They loaded my bowl with letus from bottom as well. They didn have pico de galo. Their sauses (mild and hot) were very watery.

Very bad experience.

I go to The chipotle store at 2675 El-Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA 94306. for the past few times the food quality is low and even the quanitiy of food is much less than norm and way less than the other Chipotle store.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Hair in food

I went to get dinner for my family and I at Chipolte Restaurant in Webster, Tx about 8:00 p.m . When ordering i asked the female employe for some guacamole on my meal and notice there was a couple of strands of hair in the guacamole, I asked the server for freash guacamole and pointed out hair. She just looked at me and procided to dip out a spoon full of guacamole, while being noticable sick and constantly caughing, I told her agian and she finally noticed the hair and pulled it out of the guacamole with her gloved hand and tossed it on the floor and again procided to dip out of the same container without changing her gloves or dicarding of contaminated contents and continued serve other costumers out of the same container. There was also anouther employe standing by the register that looked to be the manger and he was watching the whole time and never said anything. I was horrified at the fact that she just continued to serve the same food. Thats was the worse thing that i have ever seen in a restrant right in front of my face. I will never return to that location or to Chipotle.

I love to eat at Chipolte. But I can't stand the one in south elgin. Every time i go there I am waiting in the longest line due to the unprofessional conduct of the employees. All they do is sit there and talk and bs instead of making your food. And the manager, some Mexican fellow, is the ringleader. I'm sorry but waiting 20 min in line at a chipolte should never happen. That manager needs to get his head out of his ### and do his job.
