Chipotle Mexican Grill review: Correct City

I have contacted you about this problem before. I figured I have had a bad couple of days so I figured I'd treat myself to a burrito and chips/quac . I just celebrated my 65th Birthday so the chips and quac were free. I ordered roughly around 2:15 PM. I verified my address and city were correct. I went about doing things then I checked my order, it was going to Cambridge Ma I live in Somerville Ma. I tried to call DoorDash they said they sent it to the address on file. Well my address is not in Cambridge. I called Chipolte, they told me they just make the food and get it ready for delivery.

I food never arrived it was taken back to Chipolte. So I ordered again I checked the address and city, Somerville Ma. By the time it took for me to click the mouse, the city automatically changed to Cambridge. NOT AGAIN. I tried to call Chipolte, they have a robot answering the phone. So I called DoorDash they send it to the address Chipolte has. So now I just give up. I told them to cancel my order. Unfortunately they couldn't.

DoorDash told me to complain to Chipolte, Chipolte told me to complain to DoorDash.
I did finally get a burrito that is ice cold, not even warm. With chips, no quac at all, I got Queso Blanco, and Roasted Chili Corn Salsa. I didn't order either of these. I don't like the chips plain, I love them with quac.
