I was charged $8.00 for a steak bowl when I ordered and was given a $6.95 steak salad. Also, usually your charge for double meat is around $2.00, and I was charged $3.35 for extra steak on my salad. Not sure if that extra meat charge was correct. I was served today, 7/12/19 at 11:56am by host Cynthia, order #153, 10055. Customer feedback unique code # [protected].

I do not like the fact that when u order online and ask for a specific time ur order sits on a wire shelf near the door and gets cold. I just wasted $10 because I dont want a cold or microwaved burrito. They are made too early and sit on a rack with no heat lamp. Plus anyone can grab the order... Its already paid for so what is to stop someone else to grab it. Very poor way to do business.

Chipotle Mexican Grill night shift manager/food quality

6/18/2019 @ 6:10 pm at the chipotle location located at 2401 w Cheltenham Avenue, Philadelphia Pa 19150. So once I was ready to order the Tortilla worker was very friendly and quick to acknowledge me, she actually made my entire order because the salsa guy left the line. I ordered a half chicken and half barbacoa bowl with white rice pinto beans, fajitas, and corn salsa. I ordered two mild tomato salsa on the side and one side of regular cheese, not queso. I also ordered chips and guac. The cashier rung me up, who was also very friendly and quick by the way kudos. So left and headed to work, on the way I wanted to grab some of what I ordered, so I took a chip and tried to bite it, it was soggy, I took another one tried to bite it and it was stale. I took one more and bit it, this one wasn't stale or soggy just bland, bit was too hungry to care so I dipped in the guac( which was also bland) and suffered through 5 more tries with the chips until I gave up chips, not edible. I got to work and placed a little mild salsa on my bowl, and then almost threw up because I thought it was sour. I then tasted the mild salsa again by itself and it tasted sour. No big deal because I understand things happen in a restaurant, everything isn't always going to be 100% and tomatoes can go bad easily, I would know I eat them just about every day. I called the restaurant back and asked for a manager and was put on the phone with a TALIB is how I believe you spell his name, I told him, hey man my chips were soggy and I'm pretty sure the tomato salsa was spoiled when I came in there, He says to me "there have not been any other calls about the salsa, maybe you just don't like the way the salsa taste." After that I stopped him let him know not only does my chipotle order never change for 8 years but I know when the food is spoiled and what reason would I have to just call and complain, However through all my bad food experience, the call with him was seriously atrocious. It only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch and through the spoiled and soggy food, it was this managers attitude that was the breaking point.

Chipotle Mexican Grill service

On 6-10-2019 I went to the chipotle restaurant on Richmond rd in Williamsburg, va. The line was very slow the cashier left the register to take out the trash while coustomers stood waiting. One coustomer came to the register with trash because she took all the cans out the lobby to the back. She then grabs a chipotle bag and ask him to place the trash in that. They had no dressing and was aware of this before I ordered my two chicken bowls. I was told it would take 5 min to prepare the dressings which took ten. I spent my entire break there. I asked for the MANAGER on duty which was George who seemed to be overwhelmed and frustrated as well as rude. I asked him why should his coustomers be waiting for dressing which your crew was aware of the outage his response was because we are working with 4 crew members including myself and she training on relaying things to use. She as in the cashier who seemed extremely lost and you could tell she was new.

Chipotle Mexican Grill the manager

Not only myself, but I've witnessed multiple customers have the worst experience with her to a point they straight out said they would not be back because of her. She is rude and very unprofessional, including to her staff which she treats like absolute crap! No matter what any employee does she corrects them and insist they are wrong and embarrasses them completely right in front of the customers! She is the same way towards the customers and treats them as if they're stupid and a waste of her time and energy ! She needs to be reprimanded or something because this is ridiculous and not the way a manager should be !

Chipotle Mexican Grill terrible customer service

My name is Kenyasha Williams, I would like to make a formal complaint on the an employee Chalee at the 39779 LBJ Freeway Dallas Tx 75237. The cashier was very unprofessional and rude. If this is the kind of service that is provided. I will not return to another Chipotle location ever. I felt very disrespected to the point to where I had to raise my voice. The customer service at this location with this young lady is unexceptiable, and distasteful. I look forward to someone reaching out to me so I can give more details. I've never had an experience like today. I've been dining in and out of Chipotle for yrs. And I'm very very upset.

Chipotle Mexican Grill the professional of the manager on the morning shift on varick street in manhattan

He was rude and disrespectful to multiple customers. I also notice picking up food of the floor to sell to the customers. I have also found a bug legs in my food twice and I return it to the store . He said they was nothing he can do about it . He does care about he company goals and Reputation. I have videos of him being very very nasty to customers . He not a good manager and show not be work at the location. He work on Varick and King street .. he need to be replaced with someone who respect the customer . And accommodates them when necessary.

Chipotle Mexican Grill my 2 bowls

I went to 5555 Glenway ave 45238, my order number #176 5/16/2019 at 12:26pm.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service we received and the actual product itself.

I ordered two bowls 1 steak and chicken, 1 chicken with small tortillas on side.
The guy was rude and kept rushing, I asked for extra rice and he literally put a tiny on the tip on spoon, and seemed to have attitude about it. As I was asking for my hot sauce on the side and put it on the bowl anyways and acted like he didnt hear me ask for it to be remade because I share it with my child but I let it go thinking I could just share it with her from the other side that didnt have hot sauce. I asked for extra sour cream and still the same amount, smh. By the time I got home to enjoy the food after horrible service I recieved I couldn't even do that because the rice was NOT FULLY cooked. No body at the store wants to answer the phone so I'll be sure to leave my input any where I am able to because it's already bad enough you raised prices yet you cut back on the proportions at least make sure the meal can be prepared correctly. At the end of the day that comes down on management for not running their crew properly. I am extremely disappointed and want to return this food and get my money or have my meal remade.

Chipotle Mexican Grill meat

I ordered a chicken bowl with the chicken on the side and this was the amount of chicken I received. (See attached picture.) This amount wasn't enough to fill a small clear container that Chipotle Mexican Grill normally put their sauces and sides in to. I have had the same problem at this Chipotle before. Chipotle Mexican Grill plastic in my burrito bowl

I choked on something in my bowl and when I got it out of my mouth, there was a string of plastic material?! It's like tinsel. Either way, shouldn't be in my bowl. I have been so unpleased with chipotle, I stopped going, but I had a gift card so I figured i'd try it again. Always something negative, this time literally choking. Something needs to happen.

Chipotle Mexican Grill refund

I called the customer service line twice now to inquire about a refund that was to be paid to me for an order placed at the wrong location on 4/26/19 and I was told both times that somebody would contact me within 38 hours and I have yet to hear from anybody, nor have I received my refund. My account was over drafted due to the funds not being refunded back to me and the second time I called I was informed that my complaint would be escalated to upper management. Is this the kind of business Chipotle runs? This company has stolen my money from me and I am now at the end of my patience and will be reporting to what ever higher management I need to because of this.

Chipotle Mexican Grill wrong order

I went to the Chipotle in Springfield, Oh on N. Bechtle Ave. I had ordered a Chicken bowl, and they had everything on it except my lettuce, and Pico. Instead of the Pico, they put Queso on it. I also ordered Pico in one of the large containers, and they had Queso in that also. When I got home (which I live in Dayton), they told me to bring it back and they would fix it. I tried to explain to them that I live in Dayton. The person told me there was nothing that they could do about that!. I'll NEVER go to that one again!

Chipotle Mexican Grill management

Hi. I am a employee at Chipotle Mexican Grill. I came to chipotle because I was told the management being great at what they do and the ability to revive flexible hours. It's been a few months and I've noticed a lot of things weren't true about the management. Especially the assistant manager Chris Manzino. If you don't do whatever he wants you to do, or if he makes a mistake then he'll become pissed off at everyone else.

When I started working at chipotle in Upstate NY him and I agreed that if I closed, I could only close weekdays but only 2 days on the weekend. I take whatever hours they give me, but the weekend hours is something I can't compromise with. Now my boss is changing my schedule because I stood up to him. I went from having 35 hours a week, down to 8 hours a week. As a manager I would expect him to be able to keep his feelings away from his work, but unfortunately I was wrong. He scratched out my entire schedule because I told him I couldn't work Sunday night due to family issues, so he got upset and cut my hours massively.

I don't have any issues with any other managers at the store. The people are lovely. It is only the assistant manager I have issues with, and I'm not the only one at my job who agrees.

Chipotle Mexican Grill the food

April 17th I got a burrito from chipotle. I also put in a complaint April 19th and still have not heard back from anyone figured 2 weeks later I would hear back from someone. I am a daily customer at chipotle and I am very disappointed. I got a burrito that had nothing in it at all it was just cheese and lettuce. The second thing is I got my chips and they were completely stale my whole meal was terrible. I took my food home ready to eat my daily meal and it was nothing but a disappointment. Chipotle Mexican Grill service cleanliness

Hello, I went to one of your establishments in St Anthony, Mn. I stood there and watched all of your staff joke and talk to each other the guy who finally did come to help me I watched him wipe counters with the gloves put a broom down and attempt to make my food at that point his bare hands were obviously cleaner than gloves yet he did not attempt to change until I told him too. Disgusting! People will continue to get sick. On top of that there were 3 people behind me every one was still messing around playing over the food. Disgusting! The food containers were not refilled so everyone was standing around we need this we need that well every one was standing around could of been done. Word of advice every one there are very young hire more mature adults instead of children playing with and around food.

Chipotle Mexican Grill charged multiple times

On 3/25 I ordered Chipotle from my online account, and my charges were $18.61, and $8.76... I placed two orders... one for me and my husband, and one for a friend. I have never had a problem with ordering online. And today I was checking my bank balances... to review my transactions, and I saw charges from:
3/27 - charged 46.98 and 6.99 in Denver, CO.
I live in Kansas. I have sent in a complaint.
For some reason, my account has been deleted from Chipotle and I can no longer log in, and I can't reach customer service.

Chipotle Mexican Grill rewards program

I recently signed up for your rewards program on my app. When I went to my local Chiplotle on March 26th, I showed my app to the cashier when I went to pay for my meal. She told me that she would have to scan the app after I had paid. So, I paid and then handed her my phone again. She then told me that she had made mistake and needed to scan it before I paid.

I asked if I could have my reward points, and she said "no". I told her that I was especially upset because I had asked her what to do and she misinformed me.

You need to train your staff better and also teach them how to make amends to a customer when they make a mistake. I should have been given a gift certificate for a future visit.
