Chili's Grill & Bar - broccoli was hard as rock

Sent back broccoli I had 2 order wife had one never got it back cooked finished my chicken and wife chicken and fries called manger over and she said she would comp it go to check out 3.50 of bill pretty poor I eat at chili 2 x a week I'm thinking if the crystal river store don't get act together I need to find new place in going down hill again
