Chicme Shoes and customer service.

Measurments were taken when selecting a size. The measuring instructions on the site were followed. The shoes were a size and a half too big. The company says the customer is responsible for the return shipping unless it is chicme's mistake. The measurments didn't align with the sizes making it their mistake. Yet they continuously refused to pay return shipping. They started a refund but I had to pay return shipping. I told them I never approved that and wasn't sending anything back if I had to pay for their mistake. I didn't wait for a response. I gave up and got rid of my account. Anything misspelled in my chat is because the app sucks and I couldn't see what I was typing.

Desired outcome: Refund with return shipping paid.

Chicme My whole order, shirts, dresses,

I ordered from chicme on 11/20/22 I didn’t recieve my orders till 12/30/22 and 1/10/23…so on top of them being late with my order the clothes is very bad quality and made me get a rash…and this was more than one piece of clothing. I have wrote them over and over again to speak to a manager, they keep telling me the manager is on vacation. And I’m still waiting…going on almost 5 months trying to dispute this., and get a refund. So I dispute it thru my bank. And now since there’s a charge back with the bank, Klarna has sent me to collections due to chic me not wanting to refund me. Please help!

Desired outcome: I’d like chicme to refund Klarna, and to get out of collection status!! And I won’t be shopping there again!

Chicme Chic me

They should be shut down. The dress looks nothing like the image, it’s such thing material that you can’t even wear it, it’s made so badly one side around the front is longer than the other. When contacted to return they said they would give me a 5% discount, I replied saying no I want to return, they then said 30% discount followed by an explanation of why returning will be at great expense to myself. How to we make this company crash because it should be illegal to do this

Chicme Dress doesn’t meet the size requirements and the quality is poor

Order: [protected] refers. It’s a king denim look ladies dress. Ordered on 12th March and received on 21st March.

I used the size guide, but unfortunately the dress doesn’t meet the sizing requirements, and is too small. The quality of fabric is also very poor.

I contacted Chic Me customer service on 21st March. On 22nd March, Cecilie offered me a 10% refund and to keep the dress, or 10% off anther order and again to keep the dress. I need my money back as I still need to buy a dress so neither option is suitable. I refused the offers and request d an address to send the item back. On 23rd March the same person offered a 30% refund, or I pay for shipping. On 24th March I asked to escalate my complaint and for an address label it QR code to return the dress. The same person responded by saying it would cost £4gbp to return the item but didn’t escalate my complaint as requested. I don’t see what I should pay to return an item that does not meet the size specifications. I’ve again asked to escalate my complaint, and await a response.

At no time have I been given an address to return the item, so have no idea where to send it. Can you help me? Regards Angela

Desired outcome: A QR code or address label to return the item at no cost to myself.

Chicme Refund requested

I have reached out to this company six times via email which is the only way you can contact them telling each and every customer service person I want to return all three items for full refund and said they keep sending questions back. One lady offer me 5% back one offered me 10. I keep making it clear that I want the address to return all three items for a refund and they are playing games with me

Chicme Refund nightmares

I placed an order of about $170, finally received my order after 2 months. The articles i received were NOT what they advertised or believed I purchased. Material and quality was not what they advertised so immediately i requested a refund. Till this day they are still attempting to negotiate what I will accept as a refund even after i have requested for a full refund of my money. It started with them offering me asking if i would accept 10% refund and could keep all the articles, which i said no.now they are offering me a refund of 50% i just want my money back!

Chicme shoes and earrings

I ordered some tops and shoes and earrings January 5, 2023, part of the order came February 8th but I am missing the shoes and earrings I paid for. I submitted a ticket more than one and the response is they were all sent out together. I sent another ticket and said I never got the shoes and earrings, I paid for them and I want them or a refund. Its not my fault if they got lost. I got another response saying they were all mailed at once, sorry.

Desired outcome: I want the shoes and earring or a refund for them . I will never order from them again.

They don't care if your order didn't get to you or if its lost, they will not replace anything. It is not my fault if it gets lost, it happens. I will never buy from them again. I stipulated either send the rest of my order or I want a refund. Response is Sorry. They should not be in business.

Chicme Order not received

I placed an order of over $300 dollars on January 20, 2023 when I go into to check the status it still says waiting for shipping. Also conveniently I can’t submit a ticket. I will NEVER order from here again. So not happy. Either send what I ordered or refund my credit card. My order number is [protected]. Some of which is for cold weather which is almost over here. Please make this right

Chicme Purchase and refund

My husband purchased some clothes as a Christmas present, which were unfortunately too small. A couple of days after Christmas (around 28th December) he contacted the automated live chat who asked him to send photos of the clothes he wanted to return. He did that and didn't hear back from anybody, at all. He sent an email to explain that he hadn't heard back from the email, or been given an address to return the items too, and was told it was now too as it was outside if the returns policy. He explained the situation and they offered him a £5 refund.

Chicme Clothing and service

ChicMe should change its name to CheapMe. The clothing took two months to arrive… And when it arrived, none of the items looked like what was in the pictures… And the quality… well, let’s just say the dollar store makes better clothes than this company. When you email them, it takes them weeks to get back to you and they refused to make any returns. I have been trying to get the clothes returned for over a month and have not been successful. STAY AWAY from this company.

Chicme My ordered placed January 10th, 2023..that as of today I haven't received my items...

Chicme I want to be refunded

I ordered some dresses for a work event from ChicMe. I kept checking snd checking my order after a few weeks and it said label created, not yet in system. Therefore I contacted ChicMe to get about update and to figure out where my order is. Cherry, with customer service assured me it would be just a few more days and to be patient. I told Cherry that I would no longer need their items if I could not receive them by my company event date. After a few days and no delivery, I contacted customer service again. Cherry assured me order is on its way. I never received my order despite my company event passing, and requested a refund for items I no longer need. I told them to keep their shipment and refund me. Cherry said order cannot be canceled in transit. My order has been In transit for over a month!

Chicme Refund

I ordered from chic me before Christmas 2022 it’s now the last day of January 2023 not only have they sent me some random ball of fluff in a delivery bag with my name on it but they have been back and forth with me about fixing my order for weeks, their now telling me half the things I ordered are not in stock and never will be again I’ve requested a refund multiple times and they keep responding with other options ! This place is a scam I didn’t get my order and they won’t give me my money back !

Chicme Scam

If I could give negative stars I would. This website is a scam. I placed an order under the intentions my items would arrive by the delivery date shown, which was needed for a trip I was taking. I have yet to receive my order and it’s been almost a month. The tracking status on the website has not been updated in 2 weeks with the last status showing arrival at sort facility. The tracking number provided that is supposed to be for USPS does help either stating no information available for the tracking number. I don’t even want the items anymore I just want my money back and will never order anything from them again. Please be aware of this website scammers.

Chicme Have not received order.

Hello. I purchased two (2) pairs of shoes from Chicme in the amount of $68.98, on December 24, 2022 and as of today January 23, 2023, I have not received my items. (The shoes were ordered for a wedding on January 21, 2023.) I contacted Chicme about this situation (not receiving they items) and requested a refund. They informed me there was nothing they could do since the items had been shipped and that they could not issue me a refund, but for me to wait a couple of days. (from mathematical standards, I've waited one month.) The order #[protected]. The tracking #9405509202043012094559. (I triple checked all numbers after entering, so they are correct.) Chicme Item never received

I would suggest never ordering from a place that doesn't have a phone number to contact their customer service. Their customer service is deplorable. It will take over a month to receive your item.. if u even get it. Ordered a dress Dec 2nd for NYE. There was never any accurate tracking. I emailed customer service about status. I always got a different answer as to why it hasn't shipped. NYE long passed. No longer needed dress. Asked to cancel. They said I had to wait until it arrived. Received an email at 1am on 1/12 stating that I had to call USPS because my dress could not be delivered. The address on file is correct. I call and they stated that the dress was mailed back to sender 1/7. They sent the email to me too late to do anything about it. I asked for a refund and my matter to be escalated. I literally received an email stating they are sorry and that they will send "it". Send what? My money? Never again with these ppl. Be officially warned

Desired outcome: I just want a refund. Dress is no longer needed.

Chicme Non delivery and refusing to investigate or refund

Order was placed on 14.12.22. On the 25.12.22 I was notified by Chic Me that my delivery has failed.

At this point I started dialogue with Customer Services. Since then there has been 19 conversations.

I have repeatedly shown that Evri states that I have to contact the seller so that they can investigate, but Chic Me constantly reply to say that I should call them.

The Evri tracking shows as delayed - Chic Me agree with this, but they refuse to sort it.

I have asked for a refund 16 times now. They say they cannot until it is returned. Obviously I don't have it, and only they can sort it.

They have no right to withhold my refund

Chicme Parcel

I would like to make an official complaint please to chic me .. I have ordered from chic me for a many years with no problem however I recently made 2 orders ... one was missing a dress which I waited and waited and waited u wanted it for Christmas but it didn't come so I contacted the company to tell them it hadn't come and it's to late now.. they said there was nothing they could do .. the other parcel was a large parcel £130 worth of goods again didn't turn up so I contacted the company who said to wait but by this time I had waited long over due .. I asked if I could have a refund as I hadn't received it after many many messages and waiting they told me that it had been delivered ... I told them no it has not been delivered I have asked everybody post office neighbours ect no van has left a parcel ... but your company is refusing to sort this out I struggle for money and saved a little to buy these things all for a large wealthy company like yourselves to tell me I can't get my money back this is £130 !

As a company and by trading standards its your right to sort this out I would like a full refund please I'm totally disappointed and disgusted how this has been dealt with and don't want to shop with you again

Chicme package lost in transit

I made a purchase for a dress and a blouse that i had bought for my birthday on november 21 2022. after waiting over a month the item was lost after submitting a claim with usps. customer service asked for me to send over screenshots for me to prove that the package was lost. After sending all the required information. I get a response back that chicme will offer me a $6 coupon for my troubles. I declined and need either a full refund or to send the items that I had order again and they declined that $6 is all they can offer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND ROB PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY

Chicme Not received my purchase!!!

This is the 5th email i've sent. I. Have been extremely patient. You keep saying the same thing. That my package has been shipped. You are in correct it's still setting in the sorting center since dec 17th! I've tried to be decent but your forcing my hand. I'm calling my attorney because I have a feeling your doing this to alot of people. In this day and time. You have the audacity to take my hard earned money. My husband just passed. I work my butt off this was the 1st items I purchased after his death.! How dare you do this to a hard working women... I want my money or purchases immediately i've called the holtline for consumers or fraudulent over seas cmpys! I want answers from owner operator of this company... I will do whatever necessary to expose you! 5x 5 same answers. I've gotten absolutely nowhere. Very upset.
