Chicken Licken review: Bad customer service

I was at your store in Alberton, next to the petrol station, when I walked in, there were 5 staff members behind the counter. I greeted 3 times and got no response instead they were chit chatting and making noise. I asked for a menu pamphlet since I find it difficult to read on the boards, they just said we don't have and continued with their conversations. I stood for like 5 minutes with no one attending to me, I asked again if I could be assisted and they just laughed at my face😣 one lady came to assist and when I got my order it was all dry meat. I'm so disappointed. Please kindly attend to that store as its not the 1st time I experienced bad service from them
