Been a customer for a long time purchasing medications, food and toys. Recently I am unable to use coupons on my auto shipments and also never given any discounts on my auto shipments. It was cheaper to delay the auto shipment - order the food apply coupon. This is good customer service. Now, my recent auto shipment never came. Got no email. Had no idea. I called customer service and they said sorry, cancelled this month's order and offered no other compensation. Guess what I am done. This is not how long time customers or any customers should be treated. And I found it much cheaper on Amazon anyway.
Desired outcome: Better communication on auto shipments. Better offers for issues such as a gift card, one month free, SOMETHING You are a billion dollar company.
