Checkers & Rally's No service

I arrived at the Rallys, 3555 Gen DeGaulle Dr. New Orleans, LA 70114 at 10:05am, Saturday, April 23, 2022. The Rallys opened at 10:00am, the drive up window was blocked, no one would answer the walk-up window after knocking on the window for at least 5 minutes. I left and went to McDonald’s.

Desired outcome: Staff needs to be disciplined. Better yet reward staff that do the right thing. This morning staff needs to know that they are causing loss of revenue. P.S. Another vehicle tried to go through the drive-up and left when they saw it blocked.

Checkers & Rally's Complaining about the lady that I know me at the window the cashier

I ordered one small fry she tried to charge me almost $4 for it when I told her she told me 2:39 at the window she proceeded to try to give me back my change she cannot do it my baby just crying crying crying in the backseat she called the manager over he's supposed to be a something to help her I kept asking both of them today please give me the fries they already had my $10 and I asked them my baby is crying cuz I get to Fry's while y'all figure it out they let me sit there for 15 minutes neither one would give me the frythe french fries while they figure out how to give me my change the girl starts threatening me middle finger up at me tell me if she went at work she'll kick my [censored] get rid of hurt

Checkers & Rally's Rally's Huntington WV/Garlic Parmesan Fries+

Visited Rally's for dinner at around 3:25 p.m. 3/19/2022. Service was bad. Lady was extremely grouchy. Ordered two Fish sandwiches (doubles) a Spicy Chicken, Garlic Parmesan Fries, Reg.Fries, two Funnel Fries, Chocolate Milkshake, Cheesecake Sundae.

Did not receive the Reg. Fries.

The Garlic Parmesan Fries were horrible. The Fries were soggy with to much sauce.

The funnel fries were to greasy with aftertaste and no dip given.

The charge was 35.14 no receipt given.

With the amount spent you would think the food would at least be eatable. I threw the garlic fries and funnel fries away.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and partial refund.

Checkers & Rally's Store service(#8163 Belleville Illinois) customer service and I broke phone from one of your employees

At store #8163 going up to talk about the situation the pictures represent With three workers and a manager that is counting her money for a shift and about to leave they didn't have my order that was made at some time before 5:00 the manager ran off not wanting to talk but blatantly looking in the eyes as she was leaving it's 5:23 I'm sitting at the table cuz there's a window. Waiting only to recieve the 2nd item a chicken sandwich cooked over done that I was given from your customer service for the the trouble...But I never have recieved my $20 gift card they issued first to my email supposedly...that should be for starters I am upset about my phone and the young lady that was working. U can call [protected].. for a better timeline of what's going on and how it played out if something's not done I don't know who else to message but I'll message or call whoever no man there is no way shape or form a threat it's called getting something done.

The pictures is what all this initially stems from and the phone screen was cracked because the worker slammed it on my phone I say slammed because it was hard enough to knock it off onto the ground.

Checkers & Rally's Verbal abuse & profanity from employee

Late last night, some friends and I were leaving a show in Downtown Gainesville. On our way back to my car, we were passing the Checkers at 912 W. University Ave. I wanted to stop and just get some fries but a sign said the walk-up window was closed. The drive through window was not even 3 feet to the right (see photo).

Since the drive-through lane was empty, I stepped to the right and asked if fries would be OK at the window, and a tall kid with long, stringy pink hair (which should have been under a hat, or netted, or even tied back) stormed over and aggressively cussed me out. "What the f*** are you doing? Get the f*** out of the g**damn-drive through!" and so on. We were shocked at the stream of profanity pouring from this kid.

I have worked in food services in the past, covered every shift, including doubles and triples, and I have never before heard that kind of abuse hurled at a customer, even an unruly one. It was late, but I wasn't drunk, or being pushy or demanding, and this clown talked to me like a dog simply because I wasn't in a car. The appropriate response would have been "Sorry sir, we can't do that even if the lane is empty, you'd need to be in a vehicle. Company policy." And I'd have been fine with that. Even just fewer f-bombs to a customer's face would be a vast improvement from this behavior.

Whoever that guy is, he should not be allowed to interact with customers. With that attitude, I don't think I'd trust any food he handled either. My friends and I will be avoiding this location in the future, at least as long as we see that pink head of hair anywhere on the premises.

Desired outcome: This employee should receive some kind of anger management counseling, or at least training for basic customer interactions.

Checkers & Rally's Food order

--I stopped in your Rally's on Jamacha Rd in Spring Valley, Ca [protected] is the phone number on my receipt. I waited in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes. There was only 5 cars in front of me. When I ordered I asked the person to please make sure my food was FRESH and HOT. I spent $18.81 on my visa debit card. I ordered a Buford BBQ 2 double meat combo. I ordered an extra coke and an extra Fries. I was delivering this supposed to be fresh and hot meal to my husband at work. I dropped his food off to him at his job which is less than 1 minute away from Rally's I did not make it home and my cell phone rang. It was my husband telling me the fries were cold soggy with grease dripping from them. The sandwich was also cold and not as ordered and the extra fries were not in the bag. Shorted the extra fry. The employee never said thank you barely said the price. I have tried to call the store they never answer the phone. I am so pissed at the rotten service and food that your Rally's dumped on me. I want a refund and someone to call me.

Desired outcome: I want a full refund. Chick-fil-A is going to be having a grand opening very soon. When they open you will loose all of your customers. . My name is Lee Haralson my address is attached below

Checkers & Rally's Missing items from my delivery order

So I downloaded the checkers' app, and this is the second time that I've used it tonight. Both times I have used the app to order for delivery, my beverages have been missing. This last time I decided to contact my Dasher, and she informed me that the restaurant was out of Coke. I think that if they are out of a product, it is only right to contact the paying customer to ask them if they want a replacement. Instead they just kept my money, and didn't reimburse me a thing. Again, this is the second time my beverages came up missing for both orders, and I have yet to be compensated for it. The onions on my daughter's chili dog were also missing tonight. Makes me wonder what kind of people they have working there. Also, do not order the funnel fries, they come soggy with grease and little to no powdered sugar. What a way to ruin a sweet tooth 🙄

Desired outcome: I would like for Checkers to deliver my four large Cokes. I don't want a refund, I don't want credit.. I simply want what I ordered, that never came.

I stopped at Riley on New Circle Rd around 11pm tonight after picking my son up from work and they woman that was working the drive through was totally rude to me when she spoke to me as well as threatened to beat me up as she proceeded to walk out the side door to fight me..like literally. I was appalled and disgusted at such ignorance and lack of respect this lady had for another human being. This lady needs to be fired.

Checkers & Rally's Verbally attacked by employee

Occurred 2/3/22 around 9:40pm. Was speaking with 'Emp A' at the drive thru window. Was clarifying a mistake with the order and whether I needed to park and wait. 'Emp B' walked around my car to take food to another car, and yelled out to me, "[censored] you [censored]!" 'Emp A' at the window witnessed this and I told him I need to speak with mngt. 'Emp B' spelled out a name and again said, "[censored] you, [censored]! I don't give a [censored]!" 'Emp A' said he couldn't call the mngr because she's asleep. He then said he can call the asst mngr. He stepped away from sight with his cell phone and then came back to the window. He said he reached the asst mngr and that the asst mngr will call the work phone.

I spoke to him on speaker. He apologized to me for the behavior of his employee and said he will be suspended.

After I hung up with him I asked 'Employee A' what's the name of the mngr so I can follow up with her tomorrow about this. He told me he can't give me her name, but that she will be in tomorrow morning (2/4/22).

Desired outcome: No employee should be cursing at and yelling at customers, especially unwarranted. Disciplinary action should be taken. Would think this a fireable offense.

I waited in line for 15 minutes waiting tobget my order. I never got it. I had to get out of my car and ask the customer in front of me to let me out of the drive through because I was between several car because I was going to be late to work. That's embarrassing. It's embarrassing for rally's and embarrassing for me because I had to get out of my car to get out of the drive through.

Checkers & Rally's Cavendish glen

Hi.. Im lesego. I bought pies from checkers today and after taking a bite I realised they were rotten. Went back to the shop to return and the rude manager who didnt greet me was called to authorise the return came, he was told about the rotten pies and he just said okay, authorised and walked away. He didnt even apologise or ask about the customer who took a bite of their rotten pie that says on the pricing "sell by 25/12/2021.. Which was a total lie as the pies were already had boiling bubbles and mould in them. I couldnt see as they were covered in pastry. He didnt bother to check the pies or ask me anything it was all normal to him to have such a stinking pie bought by a customer, as he walked away I asked the cashier about his behaviour and she tryed to call him as he walked away and said she will call him to apologise but he didnt care so I told the cashier to leave him. How did he even become a manager if he doesnt even know the basics of customer service. I buy there every day and I was so suprised by his service. Werner simply cares about making sales and not what is being sold to customers. The food they claim is freshly baked is food poisoning. But tgen again from his behaviour I dont expect tge stuff to do better.

Desired outcome: An apology about the food and about his rude behaviour.

Checkers & Rally's Rallys

I purchased some food it was very old hard hamburgers chicken was hard and dry almost choked can't seem to reach anyone about a refund spoke to corporate giving me run around I wanted FRESH FOOD NOT LAST WEEKS, they keep saying they gone call me in a few days it's been almost two weeks now still waiting on calls nobody at rally's will answer the phone

Checkers & Rally's Terrible service

Ordered a big Buford meal and a 1/2lb chicken bites meal. First they gave us the wrong drinks, and then made us drive around to other window to wait for our food (25minutes of waiting). Then when we finally got our food, the Buford was ice cold and there were no fries in the bag.. they would not give us fries stating that they gave us fries when we got our drinks (again 25 minutes ago). Never got the fries and having an ice cold cheeseburger is the special customer service we get here.

Checkers & Rally's Rudeness

The custom service at the store in Marion, Ohio was very poor and rude when ordering and they where rude while paying for my meal. I was very disappointed with the service also a worker named James Mason was rude and throw the food down at the workers while paying for the meal.

Checkers & Rally's Chicken wings meal

I had to wait at least 45 mins to get order then it was cold, had no fork for sauce covered wings, and had no ranch with it like supposed to. All it was, was a cheap little boneless wings meal. Could I please just get this cheap meal replaced for free, in the hopes that I can get it good and right next time?... :( thanks so much for your time and have a blessed day.

Checkers & Rally's Service

Standing at the pickup window for 10 minutes, the fat guy saw me but never awknowledged me. Horrible service. I promise you I'll never be back.

Also no heat in here in the foyer. And it's 35 degrees outside my other customers food is getting cold in the car. 100% disrespectful, horrible service here I will never be back.

Checkers & Rally's No receipt 4th time this week. Rude and crude shift manager ignores me when I ask a question

I dine t rallys daily. About 6 times per week. And for the 4th consecutive day I was not given a receipt and asked to please be given receipt shift anger blatantly ignores me a huffs ate angerly I just wanted my receipt in order to do my survey and claim my rewards points. I call store and nothing is ever resolved. I feel like. Angry ignored obsolete customer treated unfairly

Checkers & Rally's Checkers not being open on time.

The checkers in laurelton is supposed to open at 10:30, it's 10:53 am I've been waiting for 15 minutes, someone is in there but they are taking their time to open the restaurant

Desired outcome: Deal with who manages this place or who opens up shop
