I waited in line for 15 minutes waiting tobget my order. I never got it. I had to get out of my car and ask the customer in front of me to let me out of the drive through because I was between several car because I was going to be late to work. That's embarrassing. It's embarrassing for rally's and embarrassing for me because I had to get out of my car to get out of the drive through.

My husband and I were in line around 12:20am on 9-22-19 waiting to order food. When we got to the order menu, the lady told us they were in the middle of a shift change and told us that it would be 5-15 minutes. So we waited about 3 minutes and she informed us that we had to pull back around and wait on shift change and to park and wait. So we did for about 5 minutes. 15 minutes went by and nothing changed. There was a very long line and people waiting outside the restaurant with no service. I'm currently with child so I was very hesitant to leave without food. We then decided to travel to the one downtown on broadway and they told us the system went down and they couldn't take any more orders. So we drove back to the one on 12th street hoping for shift change to be complete until we came to the drive thru with the microphone saying they were closed at 12:45-12:50 pm. This one in particular closes at 3 am. We were stuck in line for 45 minutes waiting to leave to just go home. This is very poor service and not expected of the exemplary service offered at rally's. After waiting another 15 minutes behind a long line and couldn't leave, they just spoke on the microphone and said "hello". No formal greeting or anything. And told us to "order if we wanted to". After all of that and is ordering in hopes of actually getting serviced, the order was completely wrong. Very unsatisfied customers!
