Checkers & Rally's review: Service

On Saturday, July 10, 2021 I pulled up to Rally's drive thru located 3040 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland Ohio. I was informed when I pulled up to the speaker that it would be a while before she could take my order. The young lady informed me that she was the only one work, that she was taking orders, cooking, bagging, etc. Please wait. I informed her that I would wait since I could not go backwards or forwards because of a car in front of me and behind me. I waited for almost 10 minutes before she took my order, after pulling up to the window, I had waited another 5 minutes. The young lady should be commended for doing everything that she was doing without any help.
