Chaturbate – Chaturbate

My broadcasting was suspended last night on chaturbate, wasn't given a reason as to why and I emailed them asking to get the issue resolved, in the past 8+ hours have not received and response back, I go back on to chaturbate this morning and I see that my account is banned without giving me a reason as to why, so until I'm given a proper reason as to why the money I have on that account is something I am unable to access, and why I was banned, I'm going to say that all of this is very unjust and inconsiderate. I see the tokens just sitting in my account, are they just going to stay there or are they going to take my money? would like to know what is going to happen, super poorly handled chaturbate do better or at least give me an actual reason beyond 'you violated terms of service and now you lost your 5k'.
