I called Chatr customer service last night & was totally annoyed & being highly frustrated by this AI machine that stopped me from talking to a live agent (IF THEY STILL IN PLACE & NOT BEING ALL REPLACED BY AI !) multiple times however I tried. Furthermore, this AI kept SMS me with links to do whatever non-stop when I kept trying different ways to overrode this non-smart AI acting like a firewall blocking Chatr customers from accessing a live agent.
The last time I called Chatr about 3 year ago, I was still able to speak to someone live. I do not use or have access to a lot of technology. I still prefer a more traditional way of communication, person to person & will always bet on my luck if I will get an incompetent, lousy or more capable & friendly person to help me.
My personal experience with AI, whatever voice, biometric, face, fingerprint recognition technology is quite unpleasant & negative. I find all these are very much user unfriendly, frustrating, annoying, unnecessary in addition to costly to all of us with high risks of potential hacker invasion or similar attacks.

Chatr has put technology in charge of customer service and removed the human element altogether. If you can't talk to a person, it means they don't care about your concerns; only your cash. If you need proper assistance, then it's time to change your service provider.
