Champion Windows review: No service, but still paid

I bought a Sunroom from Champion about 10 years ago, and spent over $80,000.00. One of my glass sliding hasn't been able to shut for almost a year. I called in June 2025 and was told someone would call you. I called again in Aug and Sept. and was told the same. In Oct. Champion called and said it would make it faster if I paid the $130.00 service charge up front which I did. Still no call back. In Nov. Champion called and said you were top priority and someone would be there between 8:00am to 12:00 on Dec. 15th, again no call and no one showed up. I called in Jan. 2026 and was told someone would call, again no call. I have asked for my money back several times with no results. The worst company I have ever delt with my life.
