Champion Windows review: Need of escalted customer support and safet violation.

I need a discussion with a senior manager or director in regard to a terrible experience with you company... from communication, wrong product, strong arm tactics from your local Salt Lake customer team and a sever safety violation of installing a non-opening window in a child's room with a crib. We need to get this resolved with a refund you offered but no longer stand behind documented in email.
I need a phone call back by EOD tomorrow.
