John DANNEL is the worst!
John DANNEL is the worst! I lived in one of his properties off Central Blvd in downtown from 2/1 to 2/1 and had the WORST experience. We reached out to management with maintenance requests that would get marked as completed without someone coming out to even look at the work needed done or they would send the wrong contractor. Various empty promises. They ripped up bushes to the left of the driveway in March/April with the intention of extending the driveway to accommodate more cars, that was NEVER done until Jan 2021, when they had trucks dump gravel into ghetto looking lanes they created in the grass. Not only does this look cheap and ghetto, but we waited almost a year for that? Not to mention in early summer, some landscape company came onto the property unbeknownst to us and ripped up our grass, replacing half of it weeks later, and never returning to replace any more, just leaving it to become crab grass. All in all, I will never ever look twice at a property managed by John or CFRP Realty. Worst experience ever.

CFRP is holding my security deposit and charging me $95 on top of it for fake charges. The fees are too high and the things don't cost as much as they say. Deanna H won't lower any fees. They're trying to scam people and keep their security deposits. I've never had trouble getting my deposit back before. I want them to lower the made-up charges and give me my security deposit back.

This company messed up my credit report by saying I owe them $3926.00. They took my money and didn't even consider my payments. I paid my monthly lease payments from 08/12 to 10/10. I moved out on 04/04 and only owed $1963.00. I disputed the total amount of $1683.00 because they charged me $500.00 for NSF fees and $45.00 for unauthorized fees. They also charged me $250.00 for blinds that were left clean and intact, $50.00 for light bulbs that are the landlord's responsibility, $35.00 for a vent fan stove that is also the landlord's responsibility, $225.00 for cleaning that the landlord should have done, $150.00 for carpet that the landlord should have replaced, $150.00 for general maintenance that the landlord should have taken care of, and $50.00 for smoke detectors that are the landlord's responsibility. They also charged me $129.00 for rekeying even though I turned in the keys to Donna Barras. They charged me $99.00 for pest control, which is also the landlord's responsibility. I made multiple requests for maintenance on the property manager's website, but they didn't comply with the contract. After disputing the charges, I still owe $280.00. I also owe one month's rent of $850.00 plus $50.00 for water, which equals $1180.00.

This realty company ain't following COVID rules or safety stuff. I moved into their place in May and in June they put it up for sale. They said I gotta show the house 3 days a week but I can't cuz I work 6 days a week from 9am to 9pm and my kids gotta do school from home cuz of COVID. They put my number on a realtor thing and I got so many calls day and night without my say-so. In November , my fam got COVID and they took the house off the market. I said we can do a virtual tour when we're better but they put it back on the market and wanted me to show it 3 days a week. I still can't cuz of COVID and my kids gotta do school from home. They won't do the virtual tour and sent me a letter saying they won't renew my lease and not to ask for a rental verification. They want me out but won't let me go anywhere else. I pay my rent every month and got 2 kids to take care of. I asked about breaking my lease but no response. I wanna leave.
