Received a letter from them indicating auto payment impropriety for a HELOC that was closed two years ago, and that I was entitled to reimbursement in the form of a check to the address shown on the letter. Since my address was changed 3 years ago, I called the telephone # shown, to have the address corrected. However, I could not access the system nor speak with a live rep because the automated system did not recognize the loan # nor social security # needed to validate me for entry to the next portal or representative.
Internet searches also did not give me any other contact # so it seems this company wants to remain incognito when it comes to customer service issues.
Recommendation: Unless your bank forces you to use this company, do you research and select another company!!
