Unbelievable that they sell such junk. Casio used to be an excellent choice! My new watch "glass" is made of soft plastic! It scratched already badly within 2 weeks! My cheaper previous Casio watch even after 10 years has only minor scratches!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i have my own educational jewelry discussions here under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i was reading your complaint here, and i'd like to ask you did you buy a watch that didn't have a SAPPHIRE CRYSTAL? because if you did then of course your watch is going to get scratches on it?
Only a SAPPHIRE CRYSTAL watch is going to be SCRATCH RESISTANT and anything less than that is going to be vulnerable to scratches.
