My name is Tshepiso Mbele, I forgot my ID card at Cashbuild Barberton on Friday morning. They called me on Saturday morning to Inform me, I was not around. I went there today on Tuesday. When I got there they told me Zama Lukhele, a cashier, went home with it, since Friday. I don't understand how an employee can take a clients ID for 4 days.

I then asked the manager to call and tell her to bring it. She came after a while. Gave me the ID and waked away, she did not greet or apologize for it. I called her, she just walked away. I followed her up until the door. She then looked at me and I asked why doesn't she greet and apologize, she gave me an attitude and kept on looking down at me.

All this happened in front of the shop manager.
