I'm wanting to keep this complaint annoymaus.

I'm filing a complaint against the manager at Casey's in Marion, KS. The reason why I am filing a complaint is because she has really bad unethical behavior against all of her employees. I had quit there once because I got pregnant and then I went back later on. She hired me on and then she had asked me if I would like to become her 2nd Assistant Manager. Of course, I applied for it and then I got the postion. Well, come to find out after I had got that postion she had scheduled my 2nd Assistant Training for August 11th-24th. She had trained me for maybe 3 days and then it had got pushed back because she had to go Manage Mcpherson's store. Well, while she was managing McPherson's store I was there as the 2nd Assistant and the 1st Asssitant was there usually with me. The manager would always ask me to do things for her when the 1st Assistant was there. The manager had always told me that she called me and asked me to do things because her 1st Assistant just really didn't get things. She had called me one day and told me that when she got done managing McPherson's store that she would like to train the 1st Assistant for another week because that's what she needed. I told the manager at the time that, that wasnt fair to me because the 1st Asssitant had gotten almost 2 months worth of training when the manager told me that I only got 2 weeks.

After I had quit Casey's here in Marion. I got another job and of course the manager came out to my work the day I started and she was very rude to me. Then I found out that her (the manager) went back to Casey's and told everyone where I was working so, of course I had every employee texting me or messaing me telling me that she (the manager) has told everyone where I was working. Which I am thinking to myself that, that is not the right thing to do. Then I've heard from other people that come to my new work place that the 1st Assistant is telling the regular customers that I had quit. In my opinion I don't think that the manager should have told everyone at the Marion Store where I am currently working and that the 1st assistant shouldn't be telling customers that I quit and where I went.

The manager doesn't care about her employees. In my opinion when she has bad days or has things going on with her family then she takes it out on her employees. I think that is why she can't keep employees. She usually gets onto 1 certain employee and then she takes it out on them and that is not the right thing to do in my eyes.

She would also tell me that she was going to write people up and then she never wrote them up. I don't know why she never wrote them up but, that's not the write thing to do is tell your 2nd Assistant that you are going to write different people up and then never do it.
