Refusal to make repair
on june 2nd, i purchased a 2017 qx30 infiniti..beautiful car..also, talked into a warrenty..immediately the yellow check engine light came on..i was told the problem was the car needed premium fuel..which of course was not true..took it to a menchanic,to check out..needed brakes and 2 tires..had cars r us do the work,,i asked about the check engine...

this dealership sold me a car with a lien which is illegal never go to this dealership they are scam artist i have a law suit pending against them

Cars R us sold me a car that worked fine for 2 months and then the entire BCM crash/failed and they refused to replace/repair the part. The customer protection act 55 states repair/refund/replacement with in 6 months.
