Fort Mill Hyundai

I bought my car from Fort Mill Hyundai in 2018-19 and after *** months, the brakes started making a terrible noise. I took it to the dealership multiple times, but they couldn't find anything wrong. Now that the warranty has expired, the noise has gotten even worse. When they finally had a chance to fix it, they didn't do their job properly. I even have a video of the sound my brakes were making back then. Can I get some help without them charging me?

I bought a 2021 Hyundai Palisade from Fort Mill Hyundai on February 28. I test drove it at night and they called me the next day saying they would match another dealer's price, so I bought it the next night. The next morning, I was showing my son the car and saw a scratch on the lift gate. I texted and called Cindy (the salesperson) and told her there was no way it happened on my way home and the guys cleaning the car should have seen it. She said sorry and that they would take care of it, but I haven't heard from service or Cindy in 4 months. I left 3 messages for her, but no call back. I called service to set up an appointment, and Juan said Kelly would call me, but it's been 5 days and no call yet.

I bought a used car from Fort Mill Hyundai and was told it had no accidents, but later found out it had been previously hit and repaired with cheap materials. When we contacted the dealership, they offered to repair the damage but then didn't return our calls or follow through on their promise. The owner eventually offered to pay for the repair minus the deductible, but we still haven't received the check. It's frustrating that they didn't disclose the previous damage and then didn't follow through on their promise to make it right. The damage has gotten worse and we feel like we were lied to and misled.
